  1. This is going to be a proper fuckin sloppy bit of business if we dont have another player on the way in. At least Routledge will get the games at QPR and on top of that he might be on a secret mission to try and persuade Taarabt to sign for us........
  2. Souness got rid of him when he came in and appointed Dean Saunders instead.
  3. Can someone remind me why he left in the first place? didnt he go with Lee Clark or am I thinking of Terry Mcdermott
  4. Then why the funk is he not in the national team now!! Didn't Villarreal replace him with Capdevilla after he left? Yes, they bought Capdevila from Depor. Going abroad usually hurts your NT chances in Spain, unless you're aready established or play in a big team (sorry). The relegation didn't help either. He's off the radar for now but let's see what the next callups are. Capdevila is 33, Amorebieta seems to have chosen Venezuela, Arbeloa is average... I suppose Del Bosque will go for Monreal/Arbeloa for now but we'll see. Oh really? Will that make him the first 'foreign' player to play for Athletic since Lizarazu? Infact isn't he more of a natural CB anyway? It's a crying shame for Enrique if he can't get in ahead of that bunch tbh. He also plays as LB. And he would be the second player to play for another national team (not really "foreign") in Bilbao's history yes. And yes I rate José Enrique above Monreal/Arbeloa, we have much less talent on the left than on the right though. We also have San José or Domínguez that can play on the left, but are natural CBs. is there any buzz at all in the spanish media about Enrique? arent you a sports journalist or something - maybe you could pull a few strings. it took the british media and fans of other clubs long enough to pick up on Enrique, but now they're raving about him. There's no buzz about him. As said, players on foreign teams usually fall off the radar unless they are top European sides or Liverpool. I'm not a sports journalist, my bro is but he mainly covers basketball. Funny!
  5. I have already said it a couple of times in other threads but I will say it again, we should be looking at Tshabalala. He scored a couple of beauties for RSA at the World Cup and is currently having trials with Forest. He is quick, strong and Skilful. everything Routledge is not....... (except quick)
  6. 18 Fuckin Million. That must mean AC9 is worth at least £80 Million
  7. Two words: Sebastien Bassong. One Word - RELEGATED
  8. 27 Points from the next 9 games and I will agree with you.

  12. I have always been a fan of the new King Kev and I am delighted that he is getting the goals. He may not be your Iniesta / Fabregas / Messi but his positioning is excellent and where he lacks pace he gains brains. Although there will be some, Not all teams will have a midfielder who scores at least 10 goals..... Just a shame its not reflected in Fifa 11
  13. can see it happening unless he makes a bit step up in form quickly, which is kinda sad as i had great hope for him He is a cracker at Championship level but just not Strong enough for the PL. It is Sad cos the boy is fuckin quick.
  14. If Developing Youth is really the Clubs policy, Why the fuck are we not sniffing around Southamptons Starlets? Lallana or Oxlade-Chamberlain maybe?
  15. I really didnt want to hear this come out of Pardews mouth Taken from HERE
  16. Newcastle having Englands No 1 Strike Partnership?
  17. bizzarre. I just don't rate Routledge, Smith or Guthrie at all. I think Routledge could be so much more if he was too 'Man Up' and take defenders on and put in a decent cross once in a while!

  19. I'm from the same place as him. His mum? No. Hemel Hempstead
  20. That's a bit stupid, when most of our signings have turned out to be very good. It doesn't stop it from being true, and apart from Tiote who would you say was "very good" without qualifying it with "for the price"? Best Routledge Xisco Shall I carry on?
