This time last night I was very worried about the Leicester and Brighton home games, now after these results I'm back to fully confident we'll beat both of them comfortably I know there's been a lot of ridicule for myself and others for "bedwetting" but at the end of the day, none of us want us to lose, and the main reason the pessimism is there is because we finally care again and it's so hard to switch that mindset after all these years, we're actually decent now and tbh after 14 years it's hard fo accept that as weird as it sounds. I'm a pessimist in daily life as a fault, so it does carry over into football, but never misinterpret that as being a doom monger that enjoys being like that, I want to believe and hopefully over the next few years the club will make us all believe. Someone who said about that lyric from Cobain the other day "I miss the comfort in being sad" was bang on, this season has been amazing but for some people it's difficult to have such a 360 in terms of psyche; because it matters more now I fear it hurting a hell of a lot more because still expect heartbreak, but maybe it's not like that anymore. I've gone on a bit here after a beer or two so apologies but hopefully my point comes across. Here's to the good times

Unbelievable, i still can't believe how many points Blackburn and Milwall have dropped over the last few weeks to allow this to happen, absolute shite. Having them back in the Prem next year is going to be grim

Mate, Allardyce is shite, we all know that, but we also have seen first hand his shite football and set up can get the odd results, especially on one off games like this. It'll be a bear pit there and it's not easy, it would've been a hell of lot easier this time last week. We're obviously better than them and should beat them, but it's not a given

I think calling top 4 over because we lost today is very reactionary yes, however looking at our next 4 fixtures I think people are right to be concerned. As I mentioned the other day, Leeds away is tough now with Allardyce, I know they're shite but he will have them bang up for it and he'd love to get one over on us, it's his first home game, atmosphere will be immense. It's a bloody tough game. Brighton and Leicester at home, I mean who knows, Brighton are a very good side, so are we but it's not a given we beat them, regardless of how well we play. Leicester at home will depend on how close they are to staying up I guess, not easy, and then Chelsea away is bloody tough regardless of how bad they've been, its not a given we go there and win. I've been worried with the results Liverpool have been getting, that's what's concerned me, fully expect them to win their last 3 so we need 7 points. Now we may well get 7 points from the above, I'm not saying we won't, but it's not a given and out of us, Liverpool anf Man Utd we 100% have the toughest run in. So its not bedwetting to be worried at all. We were poor today, though had some chances we need to be better moving forward in those 4 games. It would be an amazing season to finish 5th obviously, but from here it'd be gutting, wouldn't be a bottle job by any means but would be disappointing. We'll see, we could win thr next 4 and all this debate would've been worthless, I pray we do obviously but it's going to be tight.

Leeds away is a horrible game to have next man, would've been fine before Allardyce but its got a honking 1 nil defeat written all over it

Bruno having an awful game, christ, hopefully an Eddie masterclass at half time to sort us out, been dreadful all of them in the main

Derby going to miss out on the play offs, Peterborough getting in, Darren Ferguson done a good job since going back there for the 700th time. Will end up getting the job full time next season and then get sacked half way through the season as usual I imagine. Spent/spend quite a bit of time in Peterborough so always keep an interest in the club, feels like they're always on the cusp of becoming a lower Championship side but can just never push on when they get there, even with all the big sides being in League One over the last few years they're always right up there, can just never stay in the Championship.

Next season every season ticket holders is just going to buy a cup ticket even if they can't go aren't they, going to be a lot of spares floating around once it's sold out

I bloody care like and I think deep down all of us do. Aye we know we're a bigger club than them, and if they do come up we'll probably beat them home and away, and we're going go be in the Champions League. But fucking hell, I don't want them bastards having the ecstasy of a wembley play off win I don't want them having that awesome summer celebrating knowing their back in the Prem. Even if they go straight back down, I want them miserable knowing they've got another season in the Championship, don't want them having any happiness at all.
