Still think we'll finish 6th personally, can't see us getting anything at Chelsea or Wigan. Still a fantastic achievement finishing 6th though so nothing to be ashamed about.

Fuck wanting Liverpool to win, if Everton do win it'll make our lads even more determined to finish 5th or even 4th, should Liverpool win it'll guarantee us europe so the lads might be tempted to not put a full shift in because we'll get Europa League regardless. I'd rather we had to finish above 6th, will spur them on more.

Not confident about this one at all, everything is just too perfectly set up for us. We're coming off a fantastic, for the first half at least, performance at West Brom, and they're coming off an embarrasing home defeat against Wigan, we're 8pts clear of them, and the chance to beat Kenny, Jose and Big Andy is in our grasp. Hell, loads of people I've spoke to expect us to win on Sunday, it very much reminds me of the Chelsea game when we came into that having just drew at Old Trafford, and the confidence was unreal, many predicted us to win, and we got soundly beaten. Liverpool arent shit, they've had some bad results, but overall, they have a decent side who can hurt any team in England, they've already beaten Man Utd, Chelsea and Man City this season, so this is nowhere near a given. If we had Collocini i'd be a lot more confident, but I just can't see us being able to contain Suarez, Gerrard and even Carroll with his aerial ability. Don't mean to be to negative, hell even a defeat keeps us 5pts ahead of this with some winnable games coming up so it's not a disaster, think we'll lose 1-3.

Bloody hate West Brom, real voodoo over us for some reason lately. Can see this being another defeat, worried about the next few games in general actually, really tough 3 games that could see us well of the pace.

Was gonna say if Chelsea and Arsenal fail to win, then the game today is basically a free game for us which is fantastic. Anything gained would be a bonus and we'd lose nothing by losing, specially with having a nice break after today and then two winnable home games in a row. Fantastic.

I was watching the Arsenal/Man Utd game in the pub down here (near Nottingham) and they showed the table, well the top 6, so we were included, and a few people in the pub were like ''why the fuck are Newcastle included, they're gonna do fuck all etc'', which is stupid in itself, did they want to just print the top 5, miss us out and pretend Liverpool in 7th are next and 6th doesnt exist?! I just really hope we keep it up, I get the feeling a lot of people still dont like us and go along with the geordies are deluded myth, so it'll be great to shove it to the southern wankers when we finish in the top 6

Don't see how people can be 'fuming' etc for these games being moved. It's a risk you take when booking trains/planes whatever before TV games are announced, you've got to expect sometimes these changes will happen. Be fuming with yourself aye, but it's not like any of these changes are right out of leftfield.
