This'll be 1-0 Man United with a Zirkzee goal, with the media spewing about him for all weekend.

But thats your subjective opinion, I personally don't see it like that, as do others, it doesn't mean either of us is right or wrong, its just subjective. Personally, I think its Crystal Palace that look the amateurs especially with their CEO coming out and talking about deals in public, and that if we see value in the deal, and are willing to pursue it despite the shenanigan's then i'm willing to trust someone like Mitchell, who has a very good track record with transfers, and clearly knows what he's doing.

Surely that just depends on the way you look at it, and is really subjective? If you want to look at it negatively, we've allowed another team to disclose information to the press, and haven't yet bid what the other team is after. If you look at it positively, we haven't been held to ransom by the selling club, and have conducted ourselves respectably while trying to sign someone we value. The truth is, as always, somewhere in the middle.

Well, that was definitely some football.

That gradient to black on Man United's kit looks a bit shit.

Fulham are playing this around well. There seems to be quite a big gap in between the lines for Man United.

Ended up sticking with my draft I did a weeks ago, as it seems balanced:

I have a sneaky feeling that Fulham win tonight.

I actually detest that this continually comes up when it is factually and unequivocally not true

Personally, I don't care what is or isn't a good price for a player, as it's way beyond me, and the transfer market is mental anyway, so whatever. But, protracted transfer sagas are the worst, especially when they're in the press, and being leaked from the sellers side. I also don't think things are as structured as "Bid one Submitted", "Bid one rejected". It's going to be a more fluid discussion than what the press harp on about.

I was thinking yesterday that if Howe where to get the England job, Poch would be the only manager available that I'd have wanted. If that where to happen, I have no idea who I'd want us to go do for, it feels like we're in this weird transition between managerial generations.

That's a quality appointment like. Fair play to them.

Can you class Chelsea's transfer strategy as strengthening? They have so many players now they don't have enough seats in their changing room Leicester fans also didn't overly like Maresca, and I can see that blowing up if they have a dodgy start. Man United have strengthened, but their are still question marks of them, they don't necessarily have the fire power to match other teams, and again if they have a poor start, their manager will get sacked causing a Mini crisis. Aston Villa are going to have the same issue we had last season, admittedly I class their manager as elite, but I wouldn't be surprised if they drop a few places due to the sheer amount of games they'll be playing. Liverpool, they have a Klopp shaped hole they need to fill, and we've seen on numerous occasions how hard it is for someone to replace a club legend be that Moyes replacing Fergie, or Emery replacing Wenger, so their are question marks around them. Tottenham had a really poor end to the season last year, and their tactics and high line got exposed by every half decent team the played, it doesn't seem like they've rectified that. Personally it also feels like Ange is match box ready to blow. This isn't to say I do or don't think we'll finish top 5, more that there are a fair few clubs that also have questions that need answers, so it's quite hard to predict who finished were at this point. We definitely have a chance though.

He's going to come on against Spurs and score a screamer I reckon.
