Yep wasn’t at it both sides of the game. Left Hall exposed for the goal build up causing Burn to come out of position I felt at the time. Thought similar last week. His defensive work has dropped off lately.
-
I think Howe has helped with this also.

Always has been. Too many on here too blind to see.

All in the one touch build up. Sandro’s reading of the move from 30 yards away. Time to overthink yet kept his cool and give GK the eyes and slotted in emphatically. One of our best goals this season.

Let’s get a 3rd so I can enjoy my afternoon 🍷

Callum Wilson: offered 'incentive-based' contract extension (Ornstein)

Someone on here bumped into him and said for the Arsenal game. -
Re-read earlier posts 👍🏻 Thought you meant Atlanta paying us £11m+

Spurs would be playing the Thursday before the final if they made it to last 16. Not that it effected Man Utd who had to do the same prior to playing us Until we get there not worth thinking about. Long way to go with a potentially very nervous night ahead against Arsenal. My dad always said 2-0 was the most dangerous HT score. Imagine even more so having a month to dwell on it

Atlanta? I wouldn’t be surprised if we’ve committed to play a game or two over there in the coming pre-seasons.

Having said that it will be the 60th anniversary of Hey Jude at the start of the 2028/29 season so maybe they are aiming for that to keep you all happy

Osula in the official match picture…

Of course. Should’ve guessed that one. Well we’ve the Euros in 2028 so assuming we don’t pull out of hosting that I’d suggest that new ground looking most likely though not definite. As ground HAS to be in full working order 6 months prior to the competition starting in June so that would be January 2028.

Beardsley > … If he had a better PR team and better looks you are probably talking about one of if not the greatest English player we’ve seen in his position. Genius is overused these days but Beardsley was a genius. Criminally ignored by the southern press as the blab on about the likes of Zola (who had similar traits as a player and person) and Di Canio. Neither could tie his shoe laces.

Yep and in Isak’s potential new one.

Compared to the teams we are competing against we have very few players of any value. You can’t force other clubs to buy off us. Apart from taking the risk of selling Trippier a year ago I’m not aware of any offers we’ve turned down for our squad players unless I’ve missed something. ASM and Wood both surplus and sold for decent fee’s. Minteh sold for a very good fee. Anderson can be argued until the cows come home. He allowed us to keep Isak/Gordon so until we see what becomes of Vlac in his time here from what i saw £15m for him in those circumstances was fine.

Stark reality for this window 🪟 PSR limits need to be looked at with regards to inflation.

I hear Rangers fans have been their usual and caused trouble inside and outside the ground. A timely reminder why you’d never want them or Celtic anywhere near English football. Both sets of fans were a disgrace when visiting Newcastle in recent times.

I get what you mean but oddly those times we had our 3 best players in succession with Waddle, Beardsley and Gazza. Next in line Bogie sadly didn’t live up to the hype…

As it’s quiet this scouting info was interesting… As the Overlap did a podcast on 1 ideal signing per club and they said a RW and picked the Lille RW… https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edon_Zhegrova

Baffling there are fans on the deals actually not expecting their prices to match those not on deals.

Man City doing their best to screw us out of Europe again I see
