I do think they should've freshened things up a bit more TBF, easy to say in hindsight obviously. They've still spent over £70m on players this season. Yeah true, just none of them made the team. Should've bought a CH along with CF instead of two CF's.

Was that when Robbie Elliott played central midfield due to an injury crisis and was absolutely outstanding? Dinnar. Wasn't alive. I remember it being released on video as KK had described it as the best team performance under his reign up until then.

Awful game. Quite interesting watching it whilst the rugby was on along with Liverpool v Spurs. The gap in quality was huge and that was just between us and Wales v England. Liverpool v Spurs almost a different sport.

You missed an opportunity there

You sure? Never recall Valencia or Liverpool having roving fullbacks. Did they have decent wide midfielders in front of the full backs? The Dummett/Gouffran duo seems an unlikely partnership to provide any service to the strikers. I'd like to think so as they won a fair few trophies Not sure what point you are making anymore though. I was simply stating in response to your statement that Rafa seems to like his fullbacks to stay home so in essence someone of Dummett's ilk is perfectly suite. Not saying he's good or anything but I can see why he is picked for virtually every game and currently the least of his worries.

Think I've posted in here about this before but if not I'm sure he was recorded as in the top 5 fastest players in the PL last season.

Think I'll start a debate the penalty thread Despite all pundits and ex ref Webb saying defo pen I watch it and it's not a foul. Contact yes but Son just throws his legs back.

WTF Sums up the night.

Well he was a CF before Pardew got his hands on.
-
Well if nowt else we are kicking towards the Gallowgate end.

It's not the timing of the goal, more the attitude of the players afterwards. They expected QPR to fall apart and we would coast to an easy victory, happened a few times already this season. Not as spectacularly as this. Literally been all QPR for 44mins.

We are lucky to be level. Sometimes you can score too early.

Mbemba for me.

Some kid who flipped his car and died. Apparently he was p*ssed when he done it so why that merits applause defies belief. Thought that was last home game
-
25min applause... Do I dare ask what for now?

Ashley has bought the commentary team clearly

I think the game that sent Mitro down the pecking order was Blackburn at home. He was very poor and almost disinterested.
-
Why did we ever get rid of Hughton man His unlucky break (excuse the pun) was Ben Arfa breaking his leg after 4 games of his career here. His story here might've of be very different if he had him for a full season.

Sky are definitely skint, all hands on deck at the moment. That and he's a massive Stoke fan and has done the last couple of Windows outside Stoke along with their match reports.

Which is surely the aim in football?

Eh? You are always going to get to london though no matter what. We are not totally certain of getting promotion, we are big favourites but things can change easily.

Thought it was before 12. I could be wrong. Announced on their website 13:45 so hopefully you are correct.

Let's hope we handle Smith better this time round. Thankfully Morrison ineligible.
