Has anything officially been said that i’ve missed from the club or AS or MG? If it is true then my gut feeling is her illness. That added to having a young child who I believe is neurodiverse (?) and probably getting to an even trickier age. Ideally it be nice if they both still had roles however minor at the club. Felt there was something natural about them both which rubbed off on the players and coaching staff etc along with all those who work at the club behind the scenes.

Would be nice and affordable depending on wages…

Not sure what it’s called but got the impression if you did a 2yr+ stint you got a lot of tax relief but if your stint was any shorter you were hit with a lot of tax if returning back to the UK. Seem to recall it hitting Jordan Henderson (?) hence he went to Ajax as it saved him a heavy tax bill (?). Maybe it applies to Turkey for ASM. Maybe I’m just talking rubbish also 😆

Are you saying that with 100% certainty? I think they just go off the PL rule book hence being able to keep it all confidential. Hence why we didn’t bother and a CAT case was the one that would everything out in the open.

Exactly. Thats why I think this window Brighton will spend bigger than normal to help him as much as they can.

Think it will be tricky to one for them to win if it’s went to arbitration? 3 man panel … City get to choose someone… opposition get to choose one… PL get to choose the 3rd so logic dictates they’ll lose 2-1 without a cast iron case/dirt to chuck.

Well we’ll find out when window closes. Brighton owner not daft. I personally feel after quite of lot of sales he’ll know they need at least one season where he reverses the ratio to ensure the quality is high enough to maintain comfortable premier league status and European qualification. Especially with such a young inexperienced manager this season. Out of interest how much they spent so far this window?

No one said outspend the league. I just on this window they have a much bigger scope to buy players than us. If we are restricted to £100m approximately like some have been saying I don’t see it that far fetched they spend more than that this window. If the rules were different then I totally get the point but the rules as they are the reality is Brighton have more resources than us due to lots of big player & coaching sales in last couple of years. Therefore our expectations should be far closer to Brighton’s than Man City’s.
