After 5 years of Pardew talking utter shite I much prefer this tbh. We all know what's going on so why not say it? I doubt the players are under any disillusions of where they are tbh, if they have anything about them they'll be trying to show Benitez that they're good enough to fill the void.

Come home, Alan.

I cannot compound the humiliation I'd feel if Rafa stays on like, I'd be so embarrassed.
-
I'm absolutely desperate for Rafa to leave and to effectively lose all feeling for the club I've supported my entire life so I can be right on the internet mind. What a victory that will be.

Got to give him time whoever it is.

Newcastle United transfer rumours in the press

Best off keeping our powder dry. Save it for Pards next summer. -
Fuck off blaming the fans, man. It's Mike, not the supporters. Remember when Pardew blamed the fans? It's a cunt's trick. Most wrongly blaming the fans are subscribers of SKY which funds Mike far far more than any turnstile. 2 games into the season and already the internet turns on fellow fans, a good percentage of whom have been going for decades. Love owt like this. I gave up going 3 years ago because I couldn't stomach putting a single penny more in Mike Ashley's pocket. If everyone else had done the same, he'd be a distant memory. An absolute martyr. Keep doing what you're doing mate, cling on to Mike. He'll change. He's promised. If nobody turned up to games Mike would still be here collecting the huge amounts of TV money. Money which dwarves the gate receipts. "Distant memory" He's a money man and cares not one bit about the fans. Your opinion, I disagree. Keep stuffing your money into his pockets. See how much it helps. I'm not I'm just sticking up for the distasteful slagging off of the common man suffering a rich man's lies. Just keep ignoring the SKY thing, though. The sky thing is a strawman really though. As other fans of other clubs are going to keep buying sky, casual fans etc. A lot of newcastle fans giving up sky isn't going to affect him even remotely. Sky won't lose money. They don't agree PL deals for rights based on our fans. They would not like an empty SJP tho as for advertisers it taints the brand We're talking about the money from sky being more important to Mike than gate receipts. Not the running of sky itself. Even if the ground was empty the only people it would hurt would be the fans. Sky money would still keep coming, regardless. Don't get me wrong, an empty ground would look awesome...but slagging off the fans is just not right. It's distasteful and playing out the rich man's rhetoric. He also has a fucking massive Sports Direct store on Northumberland Street like He pretty much rid into town like fucking Papa Lazarou, taking people wives 'n that.

Pardew was on a constant sinusoidal waveform of "he needs to go NOW" and "hahaha silly sackpardew where's your banners now". If he comes back and wins a couple of games this forum will be awash with tears after another win. I'm not even taking the piss. If Pardew comes back he'll 100% be given time if he starts well.

This will all be forgotten about within a month if we bring in some shite past it manager who looks like he can bore us to a 40 point finish. McClaren got a load of leeway despite nobody wanting him because 'he deserves a chance'. Before we know it 5 years will have gone by, we're being managed by Pardew MK2 and on the verge of relegation again. We may as well get it over with now, stay down until he fucks off and then rebuild.
-
Statistically - with Tyneside and Northumberland having over 1 million people - there has to be a point where one radge Geordie just fucking kills him?
-
If he leaves then us getting promoted has been fucking horrific for us tbh, we need to drop leagues.
-
it's been nothing but sheer misery for the best part of a decade. Pretty hard to believe it isn't vindictive at this point.
-
Surprised by this news like considering some on here were absolutely adamant there was nowt wrong and that Rafa absolutely loved our transfer policy.
-
I doubt clubs actually do that like, stringing out the sales of players they have no intention of selling for a laugh. I'd imagine they have better things to do. If Palace wanted £15m (which was reported) then we should have paid it like.

Caballero wasn't it?

It's moronic shite from someone who has no ability at all to comprehend the work that actually goes on at a football club outside of picking the teamsheat. If he could just flick a switch and blow teams away with 2 up top he would have done it, he chose to go with his tried and tested method. It worked. It would work this season too if he was allowed to build a Premiership squad.

We have the driest powder in the Premiership. Other clubs can only marvel at how dry our powder is.
-
"keep our powder dry" fucking love that phrase like, creases me every time.

Pretty sure you actually have to fail an aptitude test to write for The Mag.

Rafa famous for purposefully not trying to win games with his 4-5-1 like. -
Okay Dave, try to get it. To be precise, in terms of "spending power", it is related to "net profit", not cash. You can take a look at our accounts bottom line, the net profit. That's roughly the real saving. of course amortization played a part but roughly you can calculate our real spending power by this way (just for example): throughout 5 years we spend 10m net, and our profit is 2m per year, then our real spending power is 12m per year. Very rough one, but wont varied much. On the other hand, cash is related to "the payment". If we don't have enough cash in our bank, we need other means to finance it, either from players sales, bank loan or owner loan. This is not related to spending power, it's purely about the requirement for making a transfer to happen. Unless the two teams agreed to defer the payment, if a club has no cash on hand, it cannot buy any players. So in our case, what Ashley means for no more injection is 1. No more loss business (I.e break even) and 2. No more personal cash in case the club has no cash to pay for the transfer. It's complicated. Try to understand it. What a fucking knacker

Getting shot of his wages is the most important thing probably
