Not really, both players were going for it, Fletcher was 2 yards ahead of him and Elliot had the ball in his hands before he went down. So you've just confirmed what i'm saying. Fletcher had him beat (not by 2 yards like) and he barged him down. The fact Elliott had it covered meant the red was fucking ridiculous but it's hard to complain about the penalty.
