  1. I suppose that's it, aye. It's as camp as Christmas but it has that anthem feel. Someone mentioned singing Big River and I think it would sound class.
  2. Meh, it's mawkish but sounds good imo. Blaydon Races is historic but sounds like it was written by a 4 year old.
  3. Knowing our luck he'd come in like Owen Hart
  4. Conscious and talking is what you write when someone's come out of a near vegatative state Cannot write stuff like that without elaboration.
  5. He grew up in a poor household, and to touch up an old strip of his beloved lads, his mother coloured the white stripes in with a sharpie, hence the love of his 2nd team, AC Milan.
  6. Read my post again man I detected nowt, I thought it was more likely his head going was to contribute to the 'his legs have gone' comments than age, given the timing.
  7. Eh? It was well know he didn't want to be here and was trying to force a move to another country, do you think he would have been putting in the same hours and effort into training and dieting as he was the year before?
  8. It's not fair to call him a cheerleader either. He's decent backup, if needed he will play when fit, it was the same with Ritchie and Dummett although Lascelles is a level above what they were when they left. You could bring a better player in to pack the bench but you're going to have to spend time and resources bringing them up to speed and hope they gel with the group.
  9. We need a "tap the sign" meme knocking up to remind people that real football isn't FIFA/EAFC and players are kept around because they help keep standards up in training ect. Obviously we think he's earning his wage.
  10. What if Rice just decides to rifle 5 free kicks into the top corner though?
  11. Absolutely mental decision for that free kick.
  12. Barns looks like he wants my todger in that lineup photo.
  13. It's likely Trippier went to shit due to a lack of effort more than his age imo. If he's back putting in the hours like he would have been before 'the incident' he could play every week.
  14. Thauvin was absolutely hated for a series of completely asinine reasons tbf. Sure he was booed and had 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' after 3 games or something even though he looked promising. Then there was the Tuxedo craic. Looking at what he done afterwards I think Howe would have had him firing.
  15. No CL and a hefty points deduction next season would be delicious and hopefully throw the wheels off completely. I don't mind City, but they benefited far too much from the pre-PSR windrush and they need levelling out.
  16. We have 2 games in hand, top 4 literally is ours to lose.
  17. Howay then lads, what exactly is it about the hardworking, goal scoring forward that Howe would have absolutely hated?
  18. that's the kind of scheme someone on here would have come up with.
  19. So anyway, I've chosen to believe it was a speculative effort he rifled at goal in the hopes an attacker would take the rebound, but he's so good and struck it so well that it just went in. 30% shot, 70% cross as he only gave himself a 3/10 chance of scoring, he probably would have said 50/50 if Onana was in the net. He just needs to shut up now and say no more about it.
  20. He's literally ruined decades worth of history with those comments to Downie I hope they're scrubbed from the internet one day and my grandchildren can enjoy it.
  21. Proper "Santa isn't real" moment for me here. Just lie man.
  22. Thought he looked a lot fitter and played well personally but Willock being so far up ahead of him is a decent sign his legs have gone like
