It's the basics that are pissing people off. The passing was horrible when we tried it. We always seemed rushed and never in space and end up surrendering possession easy as fuck.

Pleased with the performance tonight, especially the first half. We seemed to pass and move a lot more. Thank god the horrible hoof ball wasn't on show much tonight. Marv and Anita looked class. Cisse and Ba worked well together tonight and that was based on the fact we played it on the floor and didn't just lump the ball up to them at every given opportunity. I wish someone would learn Cisse the offside rule though. There was a canny few times when he was asking for the ball to be played through to him but he was clearly a yard offside. The one with Ba at the end being the worst.

He mentioned Santon's injury as well in his post match interview and he is meant to be ok as well from what i can gather. Hopefully they'll both be ok for Fulham.

Haven't we tried that midfield three just once? And not that any other of our midfield combinations have worked either, so far. We tried it against Brugge at home and it didn't really work all that well.

I had to have a chuckle yesterday when i read Lawro's prediction for us this week. He just keeps saying we'll lose doesn't matter who we are playing, obviously he's going to get it right at some point. He's 12 points out with our actual results to his predictions.
