Disc herniations (if that is the diagnosis) can be mild, indeed you can have disc herniation and be asymptomatic too, they only cause an issue if there’s nerve compression. I take your point though it’s just another issue but his main issue has always been his hamstrings recently.

I really don’t think they have a choice, they need someone to take the load from Isak and play more minutes even if it’s a Chris Wood type option or young development option as you say. A bonafide second striker option would be ideal but that will probably come down to outgoings. Deeper striker options could mean the difference between Europe or not and could in effect cost Howe his job. If he does stay it’s almost got to the job point with Wilson that anything is a bonus. We know he scores goals, he’s just never available.

Yeah the Wilson injury is definitely a spanner in the works. Teams potentially looking at signing him probs swayed away from the signing now 🤷‍♂️ Agree with others tho we definitely need another option. Isak does pick up injuries, Wilson cannot be relied on. We can’t have a situation where Gordon is being used as makeshift striker again.

Assuming nobody leaves (unlikely) then bringing in a starting right CB option and RW would significantly strengthen the starting 11 and squad. I think both will be filled but I’m less confident about striker being bolstered for some reason. I definitely think we need another option there and we surely can’t go into another season relying on Wilson as our only proper back up striker.

I was 4500 odd and it said waiting for an hour but it went much quicker than that in the end, maybe 20-25 mins though can’t remember exactly. I only saw tickets available in the Leazes by that point.

Someone in my local yesterday saying Ramsdale on loan happening 😂 We’ll sign some players, yes it would be good to have them in by now but I’m confident we’ll get the right players in.

Of all the positions I think forward might be the one we might not get because of the Wilson situation. I think we’ll sort CB and RW, both are critical positions.

No I think we know who we want and all the negotiations are going on right now. CB and RW are the key positions and closely followed by a forward.
