Anyone care to agree that Isco has the potential to be better than Iniesta? Just been slaughtered for coming out with this opinion.

Shame so many believe what they read.

The tide is slowly starting shift back to the hatred for Pardew again after the recent week meltdown over Kinnear. Guess this just helped people take their eye away from the Pardew out campaign, now JFK hasn’t sprouted any lies for a few days, it's full speed ahead for Pardew out.

Paddy Power offering 4/5 Uruguay minus 7. Once again i'd advise everyone to throw all the pennies they can muster up on this. As for Ascot......think i may give this one a miss today after yesterday's disaster. I'll just watch a fan today, a poor fan at that.

£20 on a 10/1 winner would still be a horror day? Jesus. Tell me about it. Been chasing all day. Won shitload last nigtht with Spain then blow it on these fekers that are content to eat grass in a field.

Does Bigi start for England? Did Adam Campbell just get bumped for not being good enough?

Emilio Largo £20 win 10/1 Loving Spirit £5 e/w 14/1 Either of these win and it's still a horror day.

Disclaimer to cut about a third of my losses. Far from ideal, even if it wins (which it probably won't).

This day has been rotten, wish Spain were playing Tahiti again tonight. Suppose i'll have to wait till Sunday for Uruguay.

Well if it does get beat , i'm well and truley fucked. Too early in the day for this shit.

I had Frankie there, first short price i took all meeting as well Think i have AlanSharrah, Pavlosk & Nicholas something if you want to avoid more losers. I'll bare those in mind when dropping the pen to make sure i don't hit them. I was on Frankie as well, thought it was nailed on, put 80 on it last night at 11/4, thought it couldn't lose when the whole of Ascot gambled on it. Nowt worse when there's only one horse that's able to move quicker than yours as well.

We've had an undercover ITK since 2007 and he only just teases us 6 years later with his inside knowledge

1 race down and it's a big loss. Any tips for today where i can claw some money back? Or am i asking the wrong group of people here?

Attack is the best form of defence and all that Keegan malarkey. Agreed.

I think it's more than possible. It's pretty likely the case The man's a fool. He's blundered in, insulted fans, lied and exaggerated to an extent so laughable, even the normal NUFC haters have been sympathetic to we fans, and even SIDING with us (which is a first) so yes, I would think its something he'd do just to show he has the power to do so, and screw the team I'm not having any of JFK pulled the plug on the Douglas deal. Long term target like that and JFK turns up, advises MA he isn't good enough and the deal is dead. Naaaa. Media bullshit. They know we are down on our knees and they love to kick us at any chance they are given even if we are flat on the ground. Throw in a previous transfer target Tomkins and claim it's JKF who wants him to add some weight to their lazy journalism. Bunch of b******s.

A manager who would accept that the scout has more say on his squad than him, who would take the job under those conditions, not to mention now the JFK factor. That's certainly my stance on why i don't want Pardew gone, just can't see other managers around who can work under the conditions given. It certainly doesn't make it any easier for the manager knowing he doesn't have much control or have a big say within the club. The JFK makes things even worse. I wouldn't trust MA to pick me a sandwich let alone pick Newcastle's next manager ever again. Hope Pardew stays as long as he is here to stop from any further embarrassment appointments. Once new owners come in, i’ll be more than happy to join the Pardew out brigade and shift him on for someone a hell of a lot better.

Most certainly not, the signings have been fantastic on a whole. Last season was a complete write off, it was a shocking season all around from players, to management, to board level. I was actually looking forward to going again next season to see how we bounce back, as actually i was very positive we would give a good account of ourselves. After all this carry on past few days, i'm really not sure what to think. I’m certainly not looking forward to 'going again' that’s for sure.

£250 on Spain minus 7 at 4/6 £70 (£40 with hills, £30 with paddy) at 7/2 for nando hatrick £40 on Spain minus 9 at 7/4 Had a 5a on handful of scores 15 onwards which flopped. Was so tempted to load up Uruguay but just went 50 quid Suarez anytime and Uruguay to win, toothy kernt. All in all my biggest bet of my lifetime prevailed and i shall never see a better 4/6 again.....until Uruguay take on Tahiti

Yeah, this isn't just minor opposition. It's an actual pub team. San Marino would turn them over. And Nigera were pretty poor. So greedy in front of goal, barely anyone was passing or making runs for one and other. They seemed to have some obsession with rounding the keeper? Every time they did bother to work the ball and run into the channel they carved through like a hot knife through air. Said the same not many agreed. I think San Marino would beat them by two goals or three. Tahiti were doing quite well, but it wasn't because of their footballing ability. Jesus Navas and Pedro would have a field day against taht high line back five. Agreed, i'd back San Marino to beat them. Worst defending i've ever seen from this lot. Nigeria were clueless in the final 3rd yet still ended up creating chance after chance without even looking like they were creating anything remotely worthy of an applause. Just seemed to be a couple of passes and the striker had a golden opportunity, which he would of course miss…..or be offside.

You could switch off and still score against this lot, Nigeria were misplacing passes and still ended up going through on goal. As long as saldado/nando don't try and round the keeper every time like the Nigerians did, it should be at least 10. Nigeria were shocking, unbelievably bad and they scored 6, if they had any sort of knowledge of the offside rule or someone told them they can score past the keeper without it being an open goal, it would have been a heck of a lot more. They were that bad, Tahiti should have had a couple themselves.
