  2. Eh, who's this like? The ones who say, i've got no complaints with the league table but our performances are shit.
  3. This. Missed that post from Bimpy but it's excellent. Feel totally the same bar the fact i don't mind Pardew.
  4. I don't know. Playing like Everton apparently. Not that it's ever going to happen because that's not how Pardew approaches games and never will. If people want him sacked asap for that, it's their choice to make i suppose.
  5. People want Pardew to play Wenger style football whilst Pardew wants to play Mourinho's way of football
  6. Feel sorry for the idiots who would have lumped on Sprinter thinking free money. Ouch!
  7. What about his baaaaaaaaaring home wins this season as well? Or just boring football in general this season with a talent of flair at his disposal.
  8. Yet he's seemingly found away to get 18 points this season at home so he's clearly breaking defences down somewhere picking up that many points. Same tally as Everton at home.
  9. brett misquoting again by the way, i never said pardew makes it easy for other managers ah right sorry. I should be wiser than this. So easy that only one manager has managed to take 3 points from SJP...
  10. Aye when things like 'Pardew makes it so f***ing easy for opposition managers' comes along. p*ss take. Results have suggested otherwise and the league table is looking lovely yet people are still trying shoot him down. Pathetic. No one is criticising the results or league table though. People don't like the way that he has us playing football. It's as simple as that. So how does not liking his style of football turn into make life so easy for opposing managers? If he gets results with a style of football you're not fond of, it doesn't mean to say other managers find it so easy against him. Jose got a rotten game of football at the Emirates but he got the point he went for, are there fans arsed, probably not because they got a canny point. You can moan about the style of football your sides playing but if it gets positive results, that’s the main thing. There's a slight difference between doing it away to Arsenal and doing it at home to Stoke. No, I don't want us to win ugly and yes, I do care how we win to an extent. I don't believe that the way that we're winning is going to lead to any success in the long term. He done it at home to Swansea yesterday fwiw. If we keep going like this and picking up points, i'll not be one to complain. We've played some really good football this season and we are looking strong. Hopeful we can keep pushing on.

  12. Aye when things like 'Pardew makes it so fucking easy for opposition managers' comes along. Piss take. Results have suggested otherwise and the league table is looking lovely yet people are still trying shoot him down. Pathetic.
  13. So easy that only one manager has managed to take 3 points from SJP... ok brett, ok then, everything's fine then Jose, ya shite, so fucking easy man. You've got Oscar/Mata/Hazard and you couldn't even pop one goal in against a clueless Pardew, he makes it so easy for you to win at SJP and you got fuck all!
  14. what so saying something now counts in an innocuous foul? 'cause that's what it was like, it was f*** all There was no attempt to play the ball. Thick as f*** on a yellow card. wasn't worthy of a second yellow, sorry like it just wasn't You can't just go around kicking people in the back of their legs

  16. Martinez is in a different league to Pardew, like. He actually is a genuine top class manager and Everton are lucky to have him.
  17. He would have worked all week with it, comes to the game and it is epically failing. No harm in that, he tried something new, wasn't working, admitted thigns were being changed at half time and likely chances are we are back to 4-4-2 at home on Sunday. No need to go overboard over something he tried and didn't get to work.
  18. He can't physically play for the players, if the players are struggling why's it the manager to blame. He thought that formation would work at home with Ben Arfa back, it didn't and he admitted after the game things were getting changed at half time. Luckily everything was made sweet by Stoke so the team talk was made a lot easier. At least we know not to try that again afainst Arsenal and get back to 4-4-2.
  19. Those Charlie Adam 30 yarders were going to fly in second half weren't they... what do you see with your eyes brett? I saw a manager change to a formation we haven't been playing at home, look out of sorts in adapting to it and in need of a re-shuffle. Major surgery wasn't needed, just a change in formation and maybe a change of personel at half time if we were still getting beat. Obviously nobody knows how the game would have panned out but even when we went one down i was confident we could still turn it around. Stoke just basically threw us the 3 points instead. How many times does he 'get it wrong' at home when faced with teams who are not in the top echelons of the league? In fact, a better question is how many times does he get it right? Was a fucking formation people on here wanted us to play, Ben Arfa back in the side, no Shola, no Tiote at home. So he plays it, struggling with it and gets criticised for trying it Everyone wanted Shola dropped, got dropped and worst we've played at home in recent times when he wasn't in the side. For the record, i thought he picked the right side prior to kick off then soon realised it wasn't really working and was expecting changes half time.
