It's a cry for help Nath, show some respect Exactly. Far too many taking the p*ss out of macums on here when it's pity that they really need. Err, he's a toon fan I think? Still trying to work out what he means Mare, I thought he was a Sunderland fan simply from his writing style

  3. He is a niggly bastard but one who is unlikely to ever cause serious harm to anyone, same as Tiote really. Fellaini is all about flailing arms which are horrible to deal with and he deserves punishment for it but he's never going to keep players out for a long time. Equally, I can't remember Tiote ever seriously injuring anyone, am I being a biased twat here? Most of his cards are for the stupid shit, not 'bad' challenges, mainly just hauling people down one too many times in nothing positions and such like. Yeah, he needs to change his game but I don't think he's as dirty as some make out
  4. He lashes out at anyone he perceives has acted against hin. Must live a very paranoid life and always waits for a chance to be antagonistic in situations where there's no need just so he can gain the upper hand in his eyes. He needs more than anger management sessions, he needs a complete psychological overview and treatment because the person hes damaging the most is himself
  5. Sammy definitely deserves a start. Was our best player in pre-season. Got an injury and is now class on training. I also think he's got a hell of a lot to his game. Huge prospect when you compare him to obertan

    Kick It Out

Arguing that things have become too politically correct is fair. But people always want black or white, with the inbetween stuff, there'll always be people who get upset about nothing and people who never get upset about anything. This aside, I don't think people can argue that 'Kenwyne Jones sells watches on the beaches' does not have racist undertones. Certainly, for people who have racist tendencies, chants like this will potentially fuel them going for more full-on racial abuse.
  7. yup, those poor ginger slaves what have slaves got to do with things being offensive? From what I understand there isn't a big stigma placed on ginger hair in the USA compared to the UK where ginger people are mocked and discriminated against. I don't actually know if you are a WUM or have an unfortunate brain - I was referring to the subjugation of black people where they were considered inferior for hundreds of years, were kept as slaves, treated horrendously and not given equal rights. As far as I know, ginger people have not received the same treatment. Do I, or have I ever ripped on people for being ginger? No, I don't like taking the p*ss out of people for laughs but do I think taking the p*ss out of someone's hair colour is the same as racism? No, I don't Edit: Equally important is racist hate crime and a continuing belief that people from different ethnic cultures are inferior. These opinions still exist, more so than many think.
  8. Give over. They're giving a very fair account of themselves and look quite dangerous on the break. Do you expect them to take the game to Barcelona? No, I expect them to not just boot it out of play and go down ridiculously easily
  9. Pure filth from Celtic at the moment, wouldn't be fair to call it football
  10. yup, those poor ginger slaves
  11. Worst game I've seen Messi have for a long time You got lucky that time
  12. Worst game I've seen Messi have for a long time
  13. Personally think Phil Brown and Luis Suarez, Sam Allardyce is probably on the same level
  14. Is there a more detestable person in football than Neil Lennon? I'll take past or present
  15. Celtic are disgusting to watch but Barcelona have been wank by their standards, really wank

aye, a real classic there. Hope Michael McIntyre was attending the game that day as that'll have taught him a thing or two about observational humour

Never get tired of that image or the one on 'clutching at straws'. There was another one by the straws makers but I cant remember what it was, all class though

If he's performing well, he should be treated like everyone else who plays well. Whatever happened in the past is over, it was a situation that still makes me feel sick but it's not the lad's fault. Would be great for him and us as well if he actually delivered something so that the whole thing doesn't turn out to be our worst transfer ever What makes you feel sick His and Gonzalez being brought in and Keegan going - I'm a keegan lover and I'll always be gutted about all those goings on

  21. Hope it's true, he's a really good lad and would have been one of the top three players in the championship this season barring his injury
  22. The advantage rule should be as simple as this: if impeded, you should be allowed to continue as long as you can. If it turns out that several seconds later you put in a bad ball, you shouldn't get another chance because of the original foul. If Johnson had been fouled and it had affected him to the degree that he couldn't continue his run, get a cross in or is off balance due to the foul and messes something up, then they should definitely get a free kick. He had about five seconds after a little clip on his heel, he wasn't impeded at all from this point on and carried on in exactly the same manner he would have done without a clip, he then messed up a pass. Not a case for giving them a free kick - Atkinson you giant nob end

Campbell seems like a very 'complete' footballer. Doesn't mean he's going to make it but he has a lot to his game whether it be pace, some tricky movement, his crossing, clever passing. If he ever does make the step up, he's going to be very interesting to watch
  24. Was explaining this to a mate I was watching the match with. He was like, nah, it seems fair enough (Coventry fan). I then explained it to him and he was like, oh yeah, I guess that is two opportunities. This lad's intelligent as well, I honestly can't believe how fucking stupid people can be, especially about football
