  1. Wouldn’t say it’s necessarily the gotcha that it sounds like. There’s a lot of stuff on this forum that is the pits

    Nick Woltemade

KI connecting dots. I hope this person gets outed to the top lads and lasses of the forum
  3. We’ll have to disagree. Wissa is a natural goal poacher with amazing movement in the 20 yard area. Woltemade is amazing at holding up the ball and laying it off, as well as being extremely gifted at dribbling. He drops deep for link up play but centrally Isak was an outstanding dribbler who would drop deep to link play and would go wide left to cut in. He couldn’t hold the ball up well as a target man. He was poor in the air. They’re all just very different players but the strongest quality of Isak is his close control dribbling and bullet shot. Woltemade’s strongest quality’s are his feet and his vision. Wissa’s are his movement and natural finishing
  4. There is no successor to Isak. He’s not a player you just replace like for like. Woltemade is closer to him than Wissa but neither is particularly similar
  5. Feel like I’m in an alternate universe hearing people say it can’t be a penalty because it deflected off Gabriel’s shin. How anyone can say that with a straight face is beyond me. Elanga basically makes contact at the same time as Gabriel’s shin. Even if there was a gap it should still be a penalty
  6. Shit man. Sorry to hear that
  7. The sport is completely fucked. It’s been moving more and more into the entertainment sphere as opposed to the sporting sphere for years. Every decision moves it further in that direction. It’s completely fucked as a sport
  8. This game so far is playing out like a dream. The biggest whinger in football in floods of tears, all their players getting worked up and feeling hard done by and sorry for themselves. Such a mentally weak team
  9. Another game where there’s comically bad play. This season man, it’s been a shambles
  10. No fee to a club to release him either, he’s gone straight to the top of the shortlist for Jim
  11. You can bad faith it as much as you want. Everyone’s enjoying the show
  12. I’m amazed there’s not more clamour for Amorim’s exit. It seems it’s just meekly accepted that Man U are shit now
  13. It absolutely is. A lot of managers have prioritised having a keeper that can contribute to build up play over traditional fundamentals. Means we’re seeing major errors from top team’s keepers all the time when it used to be just the shittest teams regularly
  14. Bayern are a basket case of a club now in fairness. They still have enough money and pull to be a top team but they keep making terrible decisions
  15. Why did they make Mathys Tel permanent?
  16. It’s hard to shake the feeling that Simons wouldn’t shiv you if he saw something in it for him
  17. What’s Ange winning this season? Sacked within the shortest amount of time for a PL manager?
  18. even overt corrupt behaviour can’t get them the points
