  1. Jacob Ramsey has offered a huge amount in terms of creativity. As long as he’s not picked up an injury I’m not concerned about creativity at all once we get a proper striker in. We’ve also seen the welcome return of the Bruno slide rule pass and we have Tino on the left beating his man to cross in and Elanga beating his man and crossing in from the right. Elanga will get a lot of assists this season once we have Woltemade playing
  2. Minutes in other leagues will count more than barely any minutes in the PL I’d imagine
  3. He made one loose pass that set them up on the break and other than that he played well, if a little passively in attack but as others have said, everyone was shit yesterday and it was a different role for him
  4. Disagree, he was better than him two years ago. Once he’s playing football regularly he’ll go on a big improvement curve
  5. Does reference in there that minutes played and the level they’ve been played at is a major part of the calculation. The fact he barely played last year will have impacted the calculation significantly. Very interesting this though and most of the names you can’t argue too much with. Do we have previous years to review in order to see how well the players have developed?
  6. We’ll also get that much at least in January and the summer next year. The issue I guess is we need to sell before 30th June so clubs could lowball us and some will have been put off by his unprofessional conduct. I’d keep him 100% and just ostracise him. See how he likes it the other way round, stupid cunt. We’ll still be fine
  7. Well said that man, people should be adding their voices to his and creating some fucking volume on this but they won’t, we’ll just carry on and it’ll happen every weekend and occasionally someone will speak up a bit louder and get fined for it and then it’ll carry on some more
  8. The one piece of over the top criticism I’ll give is that his performance today bore all the hallmarks of an Obertan effort

Sure, everything’s polemics. The rise of everyone having a voice online means that people shout louder as you get more reactions that way. To a certain degree we all do it, or we’ve mostly all become accustomed to exaggerating more often online
  10. He’s a very good fit for them, will be a big addition but could it mean that Rogers is off?

Think it’s happening in almost every thread on the forum. People are just running hot with frustration and making over the top comments everywhere
  12. Fuck’s sake. That’s really sad and an indictment of how shit our society is. What a pathetic angle to take when there are genuine angles to take such as, here’s a guy who clearly doesn’t have any mates in life because he’s screwed over all the people that most footballers would be closest to, their teammates. What a fucking hollow human being. Maybe he’ll win more trophies away from us than with us but he’s going to have a lonely as fuck life. Also, everyone who really watches football knows who this man is now. He’s tainted and will be forever, and when the times are bad in the future for him, the disloyalty he’s shown us will be poured upon him by whichever team he’s at
  13. Always love it when perpetrators make themselves out as victims. It’s what all great sociopathic narcissists do and I’m sure we’ll see this lad out on an absolute show at some point
  14. He also held his own a few times and won it well when he was tight to. One time the ref completely fucked it by blowing up against him. Physically he was fine with ball to feet physicality. What he was shit at was physicality when duelling with a defender when running onto a ball clipped over the top. Think that was more stupidity than poor physicality

His claiming of the ball is outstanding in fairness
  16. Disagree, he’s 19 and two seasons ago he showed how good he is. His game hasn’t pushed on because he hasn’t had the games and he’s had injuries. He is a very good passer, he reads the game well going forwards. He put in a quality block today that showed great anticipation. His issues are that he seems to be playing the game at a slower speed than the rest of our players at times and he’s become really hesitant on the ball in a way he didn’t do when he broke through. He does need a loan but when he starts playing regularly he’ll be quality for us. I just don’t think he’ll play regularly here this season and I hope we can get him a loan deal
  17. Don’t think his physical elements fall short personally. Think it’s entirely mental with him, both in terms of not having the instincts for the position (don’t think he has instincts for any position actually) but also in terms of being really thick and fouling people all the time in situations where he really doesn’t need to. What I think he does have is excellent strength in physical duels when receiving the ball into feet, I think he can dribble and carry the ball well but in a chaotic fashion with his head down and I don’t think he always knows where he’s going. This leads to him not releasing it when he should. I think his striking of a ball is decent to good. The problems are, can you teach him at this stage in his development to have instincts on movement? I really don’t know. Can you teach him to carry the ball with his head up, probably not. Can you teach him to stop fouling people, probably yes, or at least you can improve it a lot. If he could improve his movement a lot then I think he can play at this level but it’s just a massive question mark. I don’t think he’ll ever be class at carrying the ball even though he has the physical attributes for it, but when he does get his head up his passing is also absolutely fine
  18. The biggest concern is him not imposing himself in games. I think that’s down to confidence more than anything else. Another one that needs a lot of games and isn’t going to get it without injuries to key players
  19. Actually think people are being harsh on him. He’s shown some nice link up play and strength with his back against defenders. I just don’t think he has any chance of developing without a loan
  20. I actually think he’s done well when receiving it deep on the turn. What he’s done poorly is running onto balls as he’s always fouled his man. I think there are still lots of things to work with but it’s his brain that is the biggest issue
  21. What the fuck ref? Quality hold up play by Osula. Fucking imbecile
  22. We won’t play worse than this second half many times this season
  23. How many times has Bruno lost the ball today?
  24. When Tonali starts playing badly you know it’s gone to shit
