3 hour drive from Liverpool to Newcastle. Today would have been the perfect day to have the York meeting. In any case, where is Ashley's chopper when you need it?
-
So the Brøndby manager has had to resign because his chairman had been trashing him and his tactics using a pseudonym on one of the online forums.

Neil Cameron @NeilCameron5 3m3 minutes ago I have just been told Steve McClaren has been sacked. Is it true?
-
The whole show is run by the Palace supporting c*** Neil Ashton. Still haven't forgotten his dig when the Sack Pardew campaign was going on in 2014, 'Newcastle fans expect a lot from their team and a lot from their manager.' t***.

Spent a lot of cash in the expectation that this year they wouldn't screw up. Haven't won in 7 games which probably provided the Derby board with a deja vu of what happened last season. Probably felt that if they left it another month, they'd be too far off 2nd place.

I don't know why they don't use red anymore on the home kit. The best efforts from the last 20 years were 98 and 04, both of which incorporated plenty of that colour. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/05/19/article-2632673-000EEC3C00000258-210_306x423.jpg

Boro back in for Rhodes apparently. Figure being bandied around is £13 million.

Watching Dortmund really helps in alleviating NUFC blues. 2-0 up against Gladbach, the second one an absolute beauty on the counter. Reus assist for Mkhitaryan.

We've given him some deserved stick for his lackadaisical defending but he's definitely improved in that area in the last few games. Obviously, at the other end of the pitch, what a player he is. Terrific touch and great awareness to put it in the right area for Gini.

The scouse fans.

The Soccer Saturday speaking about Swansea and how they shouldn't lose sight of what they are by chasing Bielsa. Apparently, they should give a British manager like Dyche or Warburton a chance. It's just baffling that this tabloid level of debate continues on TV without any criticism.

The bloke who turns up for 4-5 games a season. Sissoko will go back to being shit in no time; the better option is for the other 4 to play and build an understanding.
-
Who's the French coward? The one they call Moussa.
-
His play might not be overtly obvious but on the last 2 occasions he has played, his link up with Wijnaldum has been a positive. We need his intelligence and movement coupled with the excitement of Ayoze. All it needs is for McClaren to grow a pair and drop the French coward.

Palace 2-1 down.
-
Isnt it Andy Townsend? If you say so, don't really know any of the Sky commentators Tony Gale. Bloke who's always up Pardew's arse, ironic.
-
How could you think these things, though? I'm flabbergasted. http://s1.postimg.org/c51i3yvy7/Idiot.jpg

That was utterly disgraceful. I mean, yeah, I took positives from the first 4 games but tonight took the piss. I've always been pissed off with Sissoko but I've reached the end of the tether after tonight. I thought Siem had some decent touches, he has to start from now on.
-
At the moment he's more Carl Cort than anyone else. But yes, I hope he does start tomorrow. Can imagine him being a Schweinsteiger type leader pointing people around which I think we need with someone like Sissoko to ensure he's always switched on.
