Shefki changed to relegation rivals Inter, who bought few players during transfer window and have an expensive team anyway. Now they finished second from bottom and are facing local rival TPS in two playoff games. And Shefki's assistant John Allen came from FC Jazz in the middle of the season. Jazz were last at the time and were relegated from Division 1... I think it's safe to say his playing career is more of a success than his coaching career..

We have a big gap from our midfield to Gayle and it just goes wide with nobody to aim for in the middle. Perez was the closest we had to that but he has gone off the boil recently. A link man in the mould of a siggurdsson eriksen silva type of player is exactly what would improve us. As it stands I'm not impressed with our business and still playing the likes of dummett and colback and I know most my mates say the same. Il be at every home and away game I can get too like always but I fear for us making the top 2 as our squad stands and from what we have seen so far Diame will most probably be the no 10. They first need to allow him to get forward more, to end up in scoring positions. Also, they've got so many stepover tippy tappy bollocks w*****s in that side all trying to do it on their own, that he hardly ever touches the ball in dangerous positions. It's not even the that he is played too deep. He just doesn't get involved. Just look at his positions and playing against Burnley. He should be making runs from the deep to stretch that back 4 but he is happy to stay still, pass it sideways, jog along. It really is comical. He doesnt try to overload a flank etc. He made 1 good run against Arsenal and got an assist. And he has all the ability.

He had 1 assist and was very anonymous other than that. He just doesnt DO enough. Doesn't play combinations, doesn't run behind. doesn't win the ball back. He is just a passenger there. Just like he has no role but to make a late run to the box occasionally.. very talented player and could work wonders in combinations on the edge of the box.
