Didn't watch a minute of it and I am glad. Typical Fat Sam performance by the sounds of it, and guessing nothing has changed. Watched England cricket team lose instead. I'm finished with England football until he's sacked.

Win here then there's less pressure going into QPR, which means we will probably win that one, too. All about a winning mentality and keeping the pressure off our backs as much as possible!

Tried and failed on numerous occasions. Now I am trying to go until Wolves at home (middle of September) without a bet. It may sound easy, but I have bet every one or two days for a couple of month now, maybe even more which is stupid and probably edging towards an addiction

Southampton / Bournemouth / Brighton / Reading away from a selfish location point of view. As much as I'd like a cup run, we have enough games and last night proved we need our players fit for the promotion challenge.

Risked it and put Lamela as captain. Hoping for Spurs to thump Pardews boys! My midfield is looking very good: Lamela, Coutinho, Martial, Hazard with Redmond on the bench. Hopefully I can keep it similar all season, swapping one for the likes of Eriksen/Lallana/De Bruyne/Mahrez when fixtures are good or injuries creep in. Took a hit on strikers to have all them, though.

N'Zogbia will be next...hopefully

Kone turns down contract offer and reports a "back problem" so he's not playing on Sunday

It's a brilliant read today is RTG. They are going into meltdown more than ever! Not often a Championship club could sit back and laugh at the state of a PL club. Their finances are awful, their squad is awful, any decent player wants out and they replace them with garbage. A win for them on Sunday will paint over the cracks, but a defeat will send a few of them over the edge!

It is pretty good, aye! I'm going tonight but stopping at my lasses parents. Going to head to a bar around 12 tomorrow looking for other Newcastle fans. Anybody with a name/rough location of a bar for away fans it's appreciated.

With any luck he will pull his hammy and screw them over so they're on the relegation zone and under severe pressure before he's back.

Turned £150 from my last night winnings into £245 on the Kent v Yorkshire cricket match. Was never in doubt I let the first 15 overs pass to see how they were playing then lumped on under 324.5 runs. Seemed too easy! Curse of the Europa is back tonight, though. It's a nightmare so just small stakes on: £2 over 2.5 goals Midtjylland v Osmanlispor, Shakhtar, West Ham, AZ and R.Vienna to win returns £70 £1.80 Larnaca, Tel Aviv, Fenerbahce, West Ham, Gent, Sassuolo, Olympiakos to win returns £68

Anything but a loss. Need to build momentum, plus the in-laws are from Bristol and my lass is in the home end...I can't face defeat.

Get in. 93rd minute Legia Warsaw Great day of betting.

Nobody is safe in this squad, which is nice to see within reason. However, Dummett being captain is up there with the worst things to see in a starting line-up for years he's garbage. How can you expect somebody who is up there with the worst player in our starting team and always makes mistakes to try and tell the others what to do/motivate them. Ah well...in Rafa we trust. Must win game already!

I've got Redmond on the bench with Amat starting. So do the opposite and play him with my record!

A corner market may be decent value at HT for odds of 1/5 or so. Usually get decent value on them but that's a big risk if you don't want to lay it off. Or a card to be awarded by a specific time in the match if Betfair offer this?
