Obviously it helped them being down to 10 for so long. But we were still creating before that and defending pretty well. Positive that we were creating so many chances still. Found loads of different ways to break them down. Just a shame that through a bit of bad luck, decision making, poor finishing etc. That we didn’t score more. I’m not really complaining. It was a proper, professional performance. No idea on MOTM. Schar was very good, I thought.

Yep. It’s nice to finally have a bit of pace across the board. Yesterday we had Tino, Tonali, Willock, Gordon, Isak and Murphy. Hall isn’t quick, but he’s not slow, either.

You can visibly see him looking about for an easy pass and trying to resist the urge to always ping one when nobody closes him down.

What a lovely young chap he is. What a fucking quality football player he is and all.

Glad he finally got his hat trick. Seems like he must have about ten braces for us. But somehow never managed it. What’s good the last 5 games or whatever it is. Is that he is still missing some easy chances. But we are creating enough across the whole game that he is still bagging goals. His all round contribution to our play has been loads better since Liverpool, too. Run out of superlatives for him yesterday, really. He’s just fucking class, basically.
