Good options up front. Sakho, Valencia & Carroll is a good amount of fire power. No it isn't. Sakho's done alright but Carroll is a crock and Valencia has 1 in 5. You can't base it on just the attack either.

Pardew getting the England job would make my year. Imagine all those tossers in the papers suddenly not being so keen on their beloved Alan when he recalls Heskey to play the Gouffran role and has the CBs lofting balls at Rooney's head for 90 minutes.

I think you can make it in the prem without pace but you need to compensate for it with top class movement and reading of the game. He'd have more of a chance if he was at a club where he might get coached in some of these aspects.

He might have a chance if he can work out which button is sprint. He seems decent enough technically but so slow man. If he had Nolan's timing and ability to be in the right place at the right time he'd be a better player.
