  1. Standards are dead low at the papers over there. "There's nothing I can do to stop them protesting and don't intend to," added Pardew, who is contracted to the club until 2020. "I hope they give us the chance to win the game. I hope the protest comes quickly and goes quickly. "I'm resigned to how the stadium will be [on Saturday]. People take this as an ego trip. I'm trying be professional in my job. "I signed a contract to be manager for a long time. There have been scenarios when it's been good for me and this isn't. The standards on the pitch aren't to the levels I've had at this club." http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/29254733 Much as I despise the guy he was saying that he is perceived as being on an ego trip
  2. It's been tough Suporters have every right to be angry We need the supproters more than ever The players are hurting We've all been working hard I'm confident we can put on a performance
  3. Ashley would get sod all back in terms of popularity and he doesn't want it anyway. He will sack Pardew in his own time on his terms, that's how he works
  4. But he will know players that do. Here's hoping... Christ it's coming to something when tweets from that utter turd are being seized upon
  5. I still think that the best protest is to hammer Sports Direct at the next televised game. A sustained rendition of 'Sports Direct is fu€&ing sh!t' would get some attention and negative publicity for his tat shops. That is the only thing he cares about
  6. Ketsbaia would probably pick himself..... and rightly so
  7. f***ing hell. Like leaving a Ferrari at home and taking next doors Lada out for a change. Agree with the first bit but it's more like being replaced by a bulldozer. He actually tries to run through players with a vain hope that quantam physics allow him and the ball to pass through unhindered
  8. What the fuck was pardew doing there. Is that the limit of his coaching, looking like a bloody circus clown
  9. Sissoko har been pretty s*** imo. Our best player. By a mile. He's the only one in any way effective going forward Eh?? He is clueless, head down barge through, a couple of deflections if he's lucky but he has been hopeless
  10. He did however manage to blast the ball out of play with his chest His control is woeful at times
  11. http://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/niall-quinn-colback-has-moved-on-to-bigger-and-better-things.955236/ Aye they do
  12. Errrrr who is he, apart from another in the list of players I haven't heard of. Is he big, strong, fast with an unenviable goal scorng record or is he Stephane Guivarch
  13. 1964

    Remy Cabella

I'm seeing an optimistic monitoring situation developing which could lead to a bout of recognition that "he's no better than we already have" outburst
  14. He's powerful but has the control of a fox in a henhouse
  15. He has no finesse at all and the hardest feet in football evidenced by the fact that the ball bounces at least 10 feet off them every time. He bulldozes his way through opponents with all the guile of a fat guy when the wedding buffet's open.
