Fair enough. Simply can’t see them being a million miles ahead purely due to exorbitant finances. I’m sure they don’t have to bathe in wheelie bins, after all. Plus, as I mentioned, they have bought around five or six players at greater fees than the record City signing.
-
Man Utd fans from Manchester…? ?? (see Froggy). Plus why would they be frothing? They’ve comfortably beaten the Man City record signing amount several times over.
-
As funny as you calling someone else out for being a WUM…??

IF there is any evidence of ‘match fixing’, I could see it more as which teams play and when etc, giving advantage to a select few in terms of travelling, days between games, which opponents they play, rather than straight up officials being biased- just can’t see that at all.

Confidentiality whilst the legal process is underway? Any implication of ‘leaks’ from the club side would have negative consequences.

Shush (again) Joey. The story which you’re alluding to is that of a Princess running AWAY from her family. But don’t let that stop you twisting it to suit your narrative.
-
Maybe you should’ve just answered that you didn’t know in the first place, instead of jumping in with your ‘NO’ answer.
-
Pretty certain there, Joey. As with everything, no one except those involved know anything. Yet here you are, erring on the side of negativity…yawn.

In THIS instance, then obviously no, it wasn’t justifiable. In another incident with different circumstances, then yes, it could well be justified, as we’ve discussed before.

Not worthy of the ‘Big 6’, obviously.’

Still got to have a squad though. There’s zero point having 21st century wheelie bins, and only 15 players.

Not as far down as tapping up Brucey, unfortunately.

The fact you stated “Just the fact he’s in talks with them isn’t a great sign for the takeover tbh.” is negative and not at all “cautious realistic”. The consortium will undoubtedly be professional enough to scout ALL potential managers and have a short list rather than be reliant on Rafa singly. As I’ve mentioned, the press have stated they were also keen on Fonseca. Even if Rafa does go to Everton, it means nothing with regards to the takeover- things will progress and move on, and amazingly, we’ll end up with a manager who isn’t Rafa- he isn’t the be all and end all here.

Veron, Dong, Bellion, Tosic, Obertan, Owen, Diouf, Bebe, Poborsky…. All clubs, even the top ones, have shit signings to be fair.

The old Hong Kong one was always great, flying past the tower blocks and washing lines!
