The five defensive players right? I think Stones is good enough for them with someone competent beside him but Caballero, Fernandinho (as a RB), Otamendi, Clichy and Toure aren't good enough to be starting every week for a team wanting to challenge for the title. Even the bench is average.

Pep just doesn't give a f*** It's mental given how much they've spent over the past few years, how average City's squad looks. Need to upgrade 5 of that starting 11 in the summer really.

Now. Been to see a specialist in LA. Sounds like he might be back for Preston if things go well. Wouldn't be surprised if we don't see him again this season tbh. I fear you might be right about not seeing him again this season too, seems like it could be one of them injuries which ends up being 'another week or two' after the 5 weeks have passed.

I think 9 points from the next 3 is pretty essential. If we get that I think we probably only need 3 wins from the last 6. I can't imagine any of the last four teams we come up against will have anything to play for at that point which should hopefully work in our favour.

I've just grown a dislike to Huddersfield this season. It's probably mostly due to the pressure they seem to be putting on us by winning every week but Wagner seems a bit of a tit and the way their fans went on before/after their game against us was embarassing.

We've won all 3 games this season that have been followed by an international break (Brighton (H), Rotherham (A) and Cardiff (H)). Got to make it 4/4 here. 2-0 Newcastle for me. Gayle and Murphy.
