  1. Aye, their fans fucking hate them, there's no home advantage to be had here. Ideally need to score early, their arses fall out completely once they concede

Certainly seems to be losing his cool in a way I've not seen before, trying desperately to deflect attention away from himself. The mackems have pulled off great escapes the last few seasons by just going for it in games they weren't expected to win, don't think Fat Sam has that in his locker, his cautious, stubborn nature could be what takes them down....
  3. Villa have lost 11 games in a row, conceding 32 goals. That game is as close as it gets to a free hit in the premier league. Could even look to put dent in the mackems goal difference advantage, especially if Chelsea can beat them by a couple.
  4. He was a bit better but I would still start Perez at Villa, we all know what Gini is like away from home
  5. The bookies now have Norwich pretty much gone and us and the mackems about level for the last place: http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/premier-league/relegation
  6. The mackems aren't winning games, I'll be happy for them to draw their remaining games. They've only won 7 all season, and in 3 of them the opponents had a man sent off early doors. That's 4 wins against teams with 11 men all season. They're dogshit.

    Paul Dummett

correlation ≠ causation Much better this week than last, but finding a starting-quality LB should be a top priority this summer Updated stats: 26 points from 21 games Dummett started 7 points from 15 he missed Pretty impressive tbh.
  8. Stupid call by the king, he was causing Anita plenty of problems but Dummett shut him down completely.
  9. Can't underestimate how important it is that he wins absolutely fucking everything in the air, been so long since we had a defender like that. That bit of skill to set up Colback's chance as well, the lad has it all
  10. Played today absolutely perfectly - keep it tight first half, no more bullshit soft goals, then open up a bit more in the second half and get after them. Bloke is absolutely marvellous.
  11. Watford and Everton winning today was very important - shows they haven't completely given up. We need to remember the mackems are toilet, I'm almost more worried about Norwich now...

1 win in 9 now - we beat Villa and draws aren't going to be enough for them any more.
  13. Glad Zaha is missing - Bolasie the obvious threat and we'll have to watch them at set pieces but that team looks well beatable.
  14. You can absolutely guarantee he'll be rolling round on the ground crying like a complete fanny every time Tiote gets within 10 feet of him.
  15. Fat mess is about 20 years behind with everything. Embarrassed for him.

    Paul Dummett

He has his faults, but lack of pace isn't one of them, he's surprisingly rapid: http://img.thesun.co.uk/aidemitlum/archive/02639/03_13103433_10689b_2639043a.jpg http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/6857787/Anthony-Martial-joins-Jamie-Vardy-as-Premier-Leagues-fastest-player.html
  17. There's an argument that Spurs could crumble under the pressure of going for the title if it was still up for grabs on the final day. If they've already lost it they might play with total freedom and absolutely batter us!

    Papiss Cissé

Tends to score goals in clusters, lets hope today was the start of a streak for him...
  19. He looked fucking knackered after about 5 minutes of doing absolutely nothing

    Dogawful Officiating

We have had some absolute shockers this season: http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/six-controversial-refereeing-decisions-could-11215594?
  22. Photo caption What, when? Yeah, I noticed that. He hasn't said anything of the sort IIRC, at least not publicly. He pointedly won't discuss it as he doesn't want to be seen even considering relegation. Confidence is everything.
  23. It's going to be so close. The mackems are fighting but still ultimately shite - they don't have any games you would put as bankers, we're just depending on Everton and Watford turning up against them, plus Arsenal not doing an Arsenal and shitting themselves against a physical side....
