Just heard the words from his mouth...as ever he's clearly lying through his teeth.
"I'm hopeful for the Newcastle fans" is a bit of a giveaway like. Pretty clear he hates us.
Need to play away every week.
Some of the players aren't made of 'the right stuff' to play in front of this crowd that likes to show their support by moaning at miss-placed passes and wasted chances. They visibly shrink
Looks like theres about 50,000 fans that don't see the benefit in showing dissent, even as a tiny, 11 minute token gesture. Green light for Ashley to carry on as he has been for the last 11 years. Grim.
Not sure what to make of all this, but to cancel a planned protest at the last minute with poor communication to those taking part is pretty shambolic.
Now they are claiming to have blocked people giving them abuse, but from the comments it seems like they've been blocking people who were left stranded in Shirebrook:
The whole thing is so typical of our fanbase.
Can anyone actually see this 11th minute walk-in actually happening next week because I certainly can't now.
Yep, I mentioned how that whole idea about knowing nothing re: Rafa's situation was clearly absolute bollocks...and shows that not a single word he comes out with can be believed now.
Yeah but no disrespect to Huddersfield or Brighton, but we're Newcastle United ffs, our club should be bringing in a lot more revenue than those 2, spending more on transfer fees AND wages than them. Again, it all comes down to Ashley.
