I'm still not convinced AVB is a bad manager. He's clearly football smart in ways that Alan Pardew will never be. He was in way over his head this season and the fact that he was reportedly pointing the finger at everyone but himself did him no favors. Can't fault Spurs for sacking him considering how much they've spent and the run of poor shifts they've put in lately, even if the squad still needs time to gel. He'll land on his feet. Guy's still only 36 years old.
