The most serious charges they face are tantamount to Fraud, the PL will find it extremely difficult to prove such charges. If City are found guilty of anything it’ll be some of the minor charges, if the hearing doesn’t collapse imo.

Our own history and wealth was built on piracy, slavery etc, history I know but some of it wasn’t in the not too distant past.

I doubt anyone would know, especially 99% of twitter users. If on the slim chance it was true it’s things like this that could cause hearings to collapse.

Case will collapse 4-5 weeks into the hearing.

You honestly believe they did it within the rules? What rules there weren’t many, LFC were bankrolled by wealthy owners never had to contend with financial restrictions etc and if you dig deep enough into what went on in the 70/80/90’s I’m sure you’ll find all kinds of shite went on. LFC did more damage to English football than City have ever done getting clubs banned from Europe. As LFC did in the 70’s and 80’s and as Man U did in the PL era up until Fergie pissed off. If being successful is ruining the league then challengers need to be more competitive.

The Arbitration Hearing was supposed to be confidential and was leaked and it’s likely any rulings will be to.

Well according to Ziegler City have had some wins as he reported about 3-4 week’s ago. If he’s correct I hope they’re significant wins.

All it takes to prevent any redraft of the rules is seven clubs, us, city, EFC, NFFC, Villa and LCFC, thats six and I’m sure that group of clubs are capable of lobbying one or two others. It is possible, they tried at the AGM to change the rules re CFC and the sale of hotels to themselves and it was voted down.

At the next shareholders meeting other clubs, us, city and villa should be seeking explanations why these twats get exemption after exemption. Fucking joke
