    Ryan Taylor

He gets legal weed and prescription pain killers for a few days.. If that can't make him smile nothing can.

  3. Nice to see that the 70 Million they spent after winning the Champions League paid off for them... Depressing.
  4. What a load of shit. Almost as lopsided a game as vs Bayern and they won them both..
  5. walked away for a second and those scumbags score
  6. - The possibility of an in form Cisse, with competition from another striker - Campbell/Vuckic/Ferguson/Sammy stepping up potentially - The end of the Colo saga. Either he leaves or commits to the club, we don't need that distraction again. - The board having learned the lesson about not investing over the summer and building a full squad this time - Pardew having literally no excuses this time if we get off to a slow start. - No injuries (Yao) - The possibility that a few of our rival clubs take a step back. (Everton with a new manager, Spurs potentially if Bale leaves and Swansea & WBA falling back to Earth) Clutching at straws with a lot of those but we can't get any worse. (I hope)
  7. That Finnbogason from Heerenveen looks pretty good when i'v watched him also. Not sure how much he would cost. Yeah he's done really well this season and should be relatively cheap. 24 goals in 31 games isn't bad at all and he's scored them in all sorts of ways. However given how well Altidore has done over there it worries me that the level of play isn't that great for strikers. Could definitely see Maloney at Sunderland.
  8. 3 good clubs to drop in my opinion, I won't miss any of them.
  9. Ibrahima Baldé? Another Senegalese striker, my brother keeps saying we should sign.. Don't know too much about him, looks tall but quick and decent on YT
  10. Good question. If we went down, would we bounce straight back up? Would we do a Wolves/Leeds/Portsmouth and get relegated again? Even a Boro situation would be tough to take. All our players would leave regardless of winning a trophy. That league is a bit of a joke but how many people thought it would be so easy to get promoted again last time? I'd love to say that I'd take the trophy but there is so much uncertainty with relegation, but look at all the lesser clubs that have won something recently.. It's hard to give a definite answer.

    Alan Pardew

Those are the quotes of a dead man walking. He must know that he's gone already. Thank God if true.
  12. Get Campbell some playing time and the other youngsters if they're ready. Might as well have some upside in it if we're going to get slaughtered.

    Alan Pardew

Wait those quotes are real? I thought someone just made a sarcastic thread title. Sack him now.
  14. Isn't it because they're afraid that attendance would drop?
  15. Just in time for me to leave the country. Enjoy it you lucky fuckers.
  16. Just saw the Watford highlights. Holy shit what a crazy ending. Knockaert must hate himself, he had a good year too.
  17. Simpson and Williamson are great when you have to throw them in for a game, but depending on them every week just doesn't get it done.
  18. I was in the other room and heard tons of shouting, thought someone had been killed. They need a lot of work.
  19. Will Baines finally go to ManU now or will Moyes not want to do that to Everton? Every manager in this situation always seems to bring along someone from their old club, for better or worse.
  20. Weren't there some rumors that they wanted to sell him anyways? He must really not want to play for Moyes again. Not sure where he would potentially go either.
  21. Saw it on twitter but didn't think it was real. Has anyone confirmed it?
