I think he'll give it another season here before deciding on a move. Unless an English team in the CL comes in for him in the summer. I don't believe he wants to move, but he will have ambition. He's a talented player that's had a disappointing season. He did do a lot of work persuading players to sign in January though, which makes me believe he does see a future here for himself, we just have to progress along with him.

If we were to sack him, I do wonder if there are any top level clubs who would hire him with his track record. Decent first full season, but like in the past, had terrible second seasons. I think he'd go back to lower level management. He'll know himself how lucky he is to be manager at this club, and I think that's why he sets is up so defensively at times as there is that fear of losing.

Very big chance he's still struggling with the depression he talked about earlier in the season.

Before when we were relegated, everyone had a belief it wouldn't happen so there was a sense of getting behind the players. This time, the warning signs are all there and we are on a serious slide. People have just given up as it looks like the players have, and Pardew has displayed severe incompetence a lot this season too.
