  1. The most important intangible hidden from sight among all of your projected/possible twists & turns, and number crunching, is that far too many of our players punched in their final timesheet quite some time ago.
  2. nemtizz is spot on. Pissweak fanbase.
  3. Crest/Badges.... I would go with NUFC and Real Madrid. As for logos..... http://fanfestsports.com/image/cache/data/Logos/4dhtnl0i2nj3n3otx8rmggenk_display_image-1000x1000.gif http://content.sportslogos.net/logos/7/186/full/581.gif
  4. Mid-table at best. Another relegation would be ideal - to well & truly finish Ashley off.
  5. Just like sauron and the one ring. Except instead a big menacing red eye or a 12 foot demonic suit of armour we have some podgy c*** in a s*** tie. Did he run discount sportswear store in Mordor, with branches stretching out to the rest of middle earth? Yep. Full of Elf and safety hazards and zero hours w-Ork-ers. Highly successful enterprise. Orcs, after humans, were the second dipshit populace to be hoodwinked by all those mock closing down sales & dodgy 'mark down' prices.
  6. This is my line of thinking as well. Arrived from a club with a winning mentality. Part of an international set-up with the highest standards & expectations in place......... and then thrust into the demotivating forcefield that is Sports Direct United with it's losing culture & amateurish set-up. It's quite a culture shock. As you allude to the workrate off the ball is non-existent now. Such a slick & talented footballer but the reality is he mmentally checked out a while ago.
  7. Didn't want to open this fresh thread when I spotted it. Far too young to pass on, when there are so many destructive & self-serving characters in the game who are seemingly bullet proof.
  8. Orchestrated move to further drive down investor confidence, and the share price, if his intention is to take it private again. He is a gambler without morals, and SD is his baby. Always has been an agent saboteur when he has possessed enough of a stake & boardroom influence (when devaluing companies. He doesn't pull moves like this randomly just for the sake of providing entertainment.
  9. Keegan initially walked after he saved the club from the drop to the 3rd div, before the board at the time was completely overhauled. Easily see that taking place here if Rafa saves Ashley's bacon. He'll see the writing on the wall that Ashley is a timewaster. Ashley's interview reinforces my belief what we need & and it's my desire to witness Ashley's living dead entity cop consecutive relegations to get rid of him - scorched earth policy.
  10. http://78813809ba6486e732cd-642fac701798512a2848affc62d0ffb0.r60.cf2.rackcdn.com/2A5E600E-354B-4D66-98CA-AC3AD8299157.jpg Going by point no.2 (re: Colback's '6' and how the horror show was viewed in a different light somehow) Lee could've had a pre-game hit, before slipping away quietly for a quickie at about the twenty minute mark.
  11. Lee Ryder Jack Colback - 6 "Was pulling for a yellow card and had to be withdrawn in fear of dismissal" Sissoko was given a 5 on the strength of his poor start, which i don't have a problem with. But f*** me sideways he must have missed Wor Jack's first half horror show (worthy of a 3) when applying the same standard. Lee does push a pro-Colback agenda on a seemingly willing readership who, going by the warm applsuse he received upon being hooked by Rafa yesterday, are more than happy to gobble up that s***.
  12. A fit Mbabu (who should not have been dropped in the first place) is a massive upgrade on this ghost of Alan Pardew.
  13. Wullie was 100% correct with what said about Colback earlier in the week re: this particular fixture.
  14. So Defoe is worth 2 whole points ?! How did you conclude that from what ON said? He's right like. People on here laughed when the mackems got Defoe for the fee and wages involved, but he's worth his weight in gold for them as his goals are the difference between staying up and going down. Oh how we could do with someone of his ilk right now. I think Rafa's primary focus for the Leicester game was for us to be more solid in defence, but this week everything needs to be focused on devising a coherent attacking game plan for this game and the Norwich away one. Personally, I would go with Doumbia (or Cisse if fit) from the start and work on attacking movement and off the ball runs, and keep Mitro on the bench as a late sub when we have to go gung ho. Elliot Janmaat Mbemba Lascelles Tiote/Saivet Wijnaldum Shelvey Perez Townsend Doumbia Mbabu is a massive upgrade when slotted into [anguish face]'s position. If fit he's a difference maker I think, over these final 9 games.
  15. Defoe's movement in the box (underrated, knows how to steal a yard & split defenders) might be too much for Taylor & Lascelles to handle, and Mbemba (who I like) will likely be underdone and lacking in sharpness if he does make it. Looking pretty good for Defoe.
  16. A plonk that can play a major part in securing back-to-back relegations for Sports Direct United, and a likely end to the Mike Ashley Era.
  17. Results like that (the winning manager's philosophy Vs what his opposite number embodies from a strictly football standpoint) and how it went down are beneficial for the overall good of the game/how the game should be approached. It was beautiful. Worth a couple of goals in the Klopp column.
  18. Why? Hope is right no other premier league club would have McClaren peeling oranges. He's slammed us for weeks and it's tedious. Similar to Luke Edwards he blatantly has a gripe with the club and he jumps on anything he can. It's also massively unprofessional ranting like some little mug at a press conference like the idiots they get on Sky Sports News. More importantly we need to win and I really really don't want to go down. If we lose today it's curtains regardless of whether they sack him. The Telegraph seem to have better sources as well and according to them there doesn't seem any desire for Charnley to sack him. Where's your desk located in Sport Direct United's PR Office. I hope they reward you with a prime window hugging plot for uttering such bullshit.
  19. 10.... Relegation amounts to the great escape and a career advancement opportunity for a good few of our players.
  20. The trips to Southampton & Liverpool, combined, should result in a major blow dealt to the goal difference column. Will be a difference maker given that our immediate strugglers are fighting, and effectively drops us another point behind (or underneath) the curve.
  21. Should be dumped on the Palace forum.
  22. What's The King's overall record against teams managed by Fat Sam? I was under the loose impression, at least recently, that Allardyce was Pardoo's kryptonite.
  23. There's one shuffling, stink-arse zombie club (which appears on every list here) which in it's current state (and what it stands for) wouldn't get anywhere near mine.
  24. The latter will be a good signing for them. I'd like to see Aarons taken under the wing of a top manager/coach like Wenger.
