I would say that generally as a rule weve to bought assets ( in the first window to secure out revenue streams by not getting relegated) and then after that we've pivoted to assets who will appreciate in value. Theyve actually can kicked all of the expensive stuff down the road on a consistent basis where the payoff is much longer and of harder to measure.
