They’ve been listed already in the thread, we have no players and those players we get back are injured again shortly after as witnessed with several players. so the question is why is this happening and what can be done to address it in the future? We simply can’t afford such situations to occur.

Likely Botman too but given the lack of information the club gives on injuries it’s hard to say.

If what you’re saying is accurate why are we the team who seems to be only facing these issues? Our injury reoccurrence rate is astonishing. maybe other clubs take a surgery first approach knowing a reoccurrence after physio treatment is an absolute disaster.

It means our medical department is lacking. Which makes sense as it’s one of the few areas which hasn’t seen much improvement since the takeover. This is pretty embarrassing if he’s out for 3 months pre surgery.

Absolutely, our wingers being dead is a massive contributing factor to our defence looking shaky. Absolutely gutting the ASM replacement has been more injury prone, such rotten luck.

Maybe this is a reach but it seems that those who were querying his lack of playing time had a point as well, him rotting on the bench whilst we have a whole team missing and not making subs was a red flag.

Do other teams have as many set backs us trying to get players back from injury? Or is something lacking in that area where we are concerned?

I think we got him to play left back and I’m guessing he isn’t suited to playing left back in Howes system as we imagined.

Hindsight being 20/20 and all, but it seems most of us rated our summer business between 7-8 (myself included). Looking back and with the benefit of that hindsight do you standby your assessment?

Not really, I don’t believe any manager in the world could have achieved what Eddie has with us in this period of time when you take into account the starting point and the FFP limitations.
