Let’s no fall for his bullshit. we are one of twenty sides in the premier league. mini leagues don’t exist and nor does winning a half
-
If the contract is six years are reported and they were haggling over terms I’d be surprised if he didn’t have a fairly low release clause ala Merino.
-
Get ready for the undisclosed transfer for an undisclosed contract length
-
He bought us on a whim As we know, he’s a huge gambler and his gamble on NUFC has paid off big time.
-
Sounds like an absolute terrible deal. A deal designed to divide the teams though so it may work.
-
Ashley has done his level best to minimise our commercial revenue. imagine paying money to sponsor us when we are run like an amateur outfit and your brand is is advertised next to none entities such as Dunlop and Longsdale.
-
From what I’m reading, CVC are basically fronting money to obtain 10% of tv revenue for 50 years? Maybe someone can correct me here?
-
Drogba? Possibly I mean you don’t here anyone speak about him in terms of all time great strikers. Mbappe is interesting in the fact like say Sterling he seemingly comes under a massive microscope particularly off the field.

Keep giving your money to this club folks
-
The classic we tried still alive and well.

The premier league and Mike Ashley have killed the club. What’s to even care about at this point?
-
I have to echo everyone’s sentiments. The premier league are a disgrace for this. The purpose of the fit and proper persons test was to safe guard against clubs being made insolvent due to poor financial management. This clear wouldn’t be a factor for us giving the financial clout involved.

It’s quintessential Ashley NUFC. we should be grateful we were even informed
-
Same fans that boo people for taking a knee aren’t racist in the slightest
-
If true, no chance Ashley turns that down.
-
@Yorkie thank you for putting together the OP.
-
So they are getting Sancho and also Varane but we are lead to believe they have ownership as bad as ours ?
-
Indeed, no option to buy right? if so. Why would Arsenal sell at a price Ashley is willing to pay.

Also, bear in mind. Any change made at a domestic level would have implications on the standing of British clubs in European competition. Ideally reform would take place at international level but given FIFA being corrupt it’s not going to happen.
