  1. Basically this. It's just s*** stirring and pointless I really don't see what was wrong with his tweet.
  2. He's speaking the truth ffs. Least he isn't spouting out ridiculous rumours to us. Yea I'm not a fan either but i get the feeling he's on the money here.
  3. There has been an endless list of strikers, wingers, defenders and midfielders we could have brought in that would have improved our team, most of which have moved to clubs for reasonable prices too. Yet again posturing about finding "the right players" then having no intention of bidding enough to get them. I like most hear still harbor hopes about us getting someone in tmrw, despite trying to downplay expectations we will still be absolutely fuming when nothing happens. This window reminds me of the SBR/Bowyer year. Also quite like last year, we have both a real need and chance to improve the squad to compete. There is zero intention of that happening though at what was formally our club. It's quite sad we have so little faith in the club.
  4. Well either way tomorrow we will see. If we don't get anyone in it'll be down to the club being cheap imo
  5. Well according to Pardew we can't replace Cabaye before he's sold so it sounds like their is nothing in the coffers
  6. Yea looks like our business this window is done... Wait, did it even get started?
  7. This is indeed the question we need answering

    Alan Pardew

I've just listened again and he said "all our players are vulnerable." Why cant he just say nothing Because the club are contractually obliged to make someone available for interview after games. If Pardew wants to buy he needs to generate funds in the absence of the chairman stumping up. Don't see anything wrong with inviting offers that we can always reject if they aren't good for the club. Indeed the club do but Pardew could still give deadpan answers.
  9. defensively i'm wary of both. hopefully it's just till anita gets up to speed. Anita will never be a tackler to be honest. He takes up very good positions and jockeys his opponents.

    Hatem Ben Arfa

too often it wasn't, it was just the standard passes going astray and runs where he had much better options. for once pardew is right in saying he was frustrating in making wrong decisions particularly in the first half. You don't score If you don't take risks. No player is perfect we can always have Jonas playing instead lol
  11. once i can remember, bundled off the ball, not a failed pass. MotM for me till he went off. 92%, only Colo bettered him with 93%. Doing his job very well. Cheers rich very impressive he saw plenty of the ball too. Marv stopped coming so deep when he realised Anita could play out from the back
  12. Do what we know what his pass completion was today? I don't recall him giving it away
  13. Last minute loan Not to us though Monitor the s*** out of it til 10.35pm i reckon Transfer summit in as Ashley's local at 1045 lol

Its fine If he loses the ball for me, at least he's trying to score or create something when he has the ball
  15. We don't need Anita to be more creative at all. We started saying that about tiote and look how that worked out. We just need Anita to keep doing what he's been doing and let the actual creative players we have do the creating .
  16. Indeed if i could tell Pardew one thing it'd be to cut them fucking hoofs out.
  17. I think Pardew may do that because Remy hasn't played, but with a two week break it might be enough time to get Remy ready. He looked pretty ready to me bimpy mate
  18. Krul Debuchy Colo Mbiwa Santon HBA Cabaye Moussa Goufff Cisse Remy
  19. Yea i was thinking this too. Look forward to seeing Remy start next game! If we can just get a couple of players in we could go into the international break with a spring in our step
  20. Ian again i agree with you but I can't help but feel he's too 1 dimensional if the ball isn't on a platter he struggles.
  21. He looked dangerous Ian your right. Again it's nice to have a player who can actually control the ball when it's passed to him, His pace and work rate are a positive. His movement is excellent, which i love. He seems like a good pro as well to be fair. imagine how he feels having Shola and Cisse starting ahead of him, yet he still comes on and gives 100%

  23. If we could Thauvin in Krul Debuchy Colo Mbiwa Santon Anita Cabaye Moussa Ben Arfa Thauvin Remy
  24. Colo gave Cabaye a big embrace at the end. Cabaye isn't going anywhere
  25. If this isn't enough evidence to start him and maybe even Gouff next game then there is no saving Pardew. Exactly. Time for Cisse to warm the bench for me.
