I heard that Titus has offered himself as a character witness. http://i61.tinypic.com/2jd11rb.jpg That isn't a sign in the picture, it's a warning.

Just when I thought our season couldn't get any worse
-
Fuck you. We're genetically shit, it's not our fault
-
Aye, we're fucking shit I'll be amazed if Poyet is still there after West Brom stroll to an easy victory. It's a shame because I did like his football philosophy at first, but the signings he's brought in are so fucking ponderous it's turned to absolute dross. Great article in The Mirror today :- http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/newcastle-sunderland-must-stop-blaming-5173287 A damning indictment of North East football

I think the BBC should be applauded for putting us on at all. We're f**king turgid at the minute.
-
I was there on Saturday and Rodwell was appalling. His only meaningful contribution was being sent off, which actually resulted in us playing better football. If we don't beat Burnley on Saturday we are seriously in the shite. Defoe must be wondering what the fuck he has let himself in for.
-
If you lot don't start picking up some points soon you'll be down there with us. Isn't North East football fantastic?
-
FFS We never even turned on Altidore !

The next level at the minute is not being involved in a relegation fight season after season. I've always thought Defoe was a very good striker, and was underused at Spurs. He'll hopefully give us two things we are lacking. A striker that gets regular goals, and some pace up front. Yes it's a gamble, but it's one I'm 100% behind.
-
Aye, it's f**king bleak. Only our annual highlighting of Pardew's inept tactical nous has kept us going. We don't even have that now :'(
-
The problem is that apart from Van Aanholt we have no pace in the team. This is partly down to Poyet but also because of the players he inherited. Our attacks are so ponderous it's beyond irritating. The counter attacking goal we scored at your place was a rare gem. The reason most Sunderland fans don't want Poyet sacked (yet) is because we're sick of constantly changing the man in charge but seeing no real difference on the pitch. I'd rather keep him, give him a decent crack of the whip and hopefully we'll see an end to these constant relegation battles.

Stop it, I'm trying to enjoy the rest of my weekend.
-
Yay! Another relegation dogfight
-
Typical Ashley if it happens. Sell him late in the window to maximise his return. As a SMB I'd love to see you lot offload him. I think he's an excellent footballer and would shine under a manager with even 10% more attacking guile than Pardew. I'll be sad if he leaves the Premier League mind, he's great to watch on his day.
-
As a Sunderland fan I'd be delighted if you offloaded Sissoko. I know it's difficult to judge fully when you don't watch a team week in week out but he looks a very good player. As for Tiote. I hope he stays. I've never rated him. No parties on Wearside tonight

Lol. I'm sure he said pretty much exactly the same thing after we played Villa away. They must think it's something in the water up here that turns managers batshit mental. http://www.football.co.uk/newcastle_united/pardew__new_faces_trying_too_hard_rss4920025.shtml There you go. There must be something in the air at Villa Park.

See how many mackems we've got on here None. Obviously.

He won't save you from relegation any more Do you think I don't know that? Come on Alan, at least have a good, long hard think before you go

They've only won 7 Premier League games in the whole of 2014, and two of them were against us.
-
Due to family commitments I missed the match yesterday. Thank fuck I did. I haven't even watched MOTD. It's what we've done for years and years. One good result followed by a pitiful performance, usually at home, in front a big crowd. The great feeling I had after the derby win didn't last long, it rarely does when you support Sunderland. A great chance to create some daylight between us and the bottom 3 squandered. Hull are statistically one of the worst teams in the Premier League in 2014 and we apparently made them look like f**king world beaters Even Jelavic scored

The lad's clearly an imbecile, and what he said was vile, but to get the police involved is ridiculous. Some of the songs Rangers and Celtic fans sing are far worse than what he posted.
