  1. I honestly wonder how some people get out of bed by themselves in the morning... 1. Playing defensively against 10 men is not Pardew's fault? 2. Bringing on terrible substitutions to kill his sides attacking threat not Pardew's fault? 3. No contact for the penalty? there clearly was contact, no matter how small it was there. 4. Choosing your worst goalkeeper in your squad, ahead of others then he makes a mistake... not Pardew's fault?
  2. Absolutely this. Sat laughing at a team who have not won in 12 games but still sit 9 points ahead of us? It's excellent that Pardew is doing shit, but it means fuck all in reality.
  3. Malky Mackay tbh He's too racist with our diverse squad.
  4. If Palace lose today, they're firmly in the battle* *Providing we beat them at home Actually, forget what I said.
  5. So you're argument is that of all the players who provide service from out wide, Sissoko is the biggest problem? We really are watching different games. Where have I said that? I haven't. We have a lot of shit players. You've stated how Sissoko is not the problem, puts in crosses etc. is our most attacking player and so on. Yet so far this season we have gathered he puts in 1 cross a game, has 5 assists all season (across 3 matches out of 29) and 0 goals. If you don't see how absolutely appalling and cowardly he was yesterday, there is no helping you.
  6. The old age myth of Sissoko crossing the ball In 29 appearances this season, Sissoko has put in an average of 1.1 crosses per game. Yes, our strikers are to blame for not heading in that 1 cross he puts in a week.
  7. In comparison, in the same s*** team... Shelvey has been here since January 16th and has 3 assists to his name. So Sissoko has played for us for 5 months more this season and contributed 2 more assists. Also taking into effect that Shelvey plays much deeper and our results have been worse since December, so Sissoko has had more opportunities.
  8. His last goal or assist this season was against Liverpool on the 6th December yet people defend him and say he is our best attacking threat? Jesus wept. An attacking midfielder who hasn't scored or assisted in 4 months, prolific. EDIT - in fact, he hasn't scored a goal all season. He has 5 assists, 3 of them against Norwich. So in effect, he's only been involved in a goal during 3 games in the whole season.
  9. I'm not, I've said exactly the same about Gini if you take a look on his thread. They were both absolutely appalling yesterday.
  10. I thought he was one of our better players as usual. But the locals prefer the likes of Taylor and Colback who run around without getting within 3 yards of an opponent, but hey, they care because they're geordies. Didn't agree with the booing but this is nonsense tbf. You're one of those I'm always happy to disagree with. If you watched the game yesterday and were happy with the effort put in by this donkey, then there is literally nee hope for you. Did he not track back enough? We should send him back to France like his mate Ben Arfa. He WALKED around the pitch with no attempt to show for the ball or attempt anything, he put 1 cross in all game at the start and then as the game went on looked more and more half-arsed until he literally allowed opposition players to walk around next to him with the ball.
  11. People saying Rafa and Rodgers like they would even entertain the idea of managing us  These are managers who receive offers on a daily basis from well run clubs who compete in European competitions with daft wages offered to be thrown at them. IF he is sacked, we'll have a short term internal promotion until the end of the season and if it works they'll get the job full time and if it doesn't then they'll get sacked after our relegation and we'll hire someone like Curbishly in the summer.
  12. I thought he was one of our better players as usual. But the locals prefer the likes of Taylor and Colback who run around without getting within 3 yards of an opponent, but hey, they care because they're geordies. Not sure which game you were watching but he was absolutely horrendous. Him and Wiji mays well of stayed in the dressing room as they clearly couldn't be assed. That geordie passion thing is a myth as well as its openly mocked by the majority of fans. Nobody wants the likes of Colback or Taylor in the squad, never mind team, but thats what happens when you appoint managers way out of their depth. Spot on.
  13. Imagine being sacked by Charnley I can imagine that if you disagreed with him, he'd go all flustered and red and have to ring Mike to come down to finish the job. Such a clueless little weasel.
  14. I'm sure Hughton went during the working week, I heard it on the radio while travelling to work mid morning. Aye, he did.
  15. Thought he looked close to tears on MOTD tonight.
  16. It is to see if the ball crosses the line, as not all competitions have goalline technology so therefore need the linesman where he is. Although, the linesman should also watch for the keeper coming off his line. The Adrian one today was ridiculous, he was nearly on his 6 yard box when the ball was kicked.
  17. Man Utd & Arsenal boo their players if they're not 3-0 up at HT for Christ sake we get thumped on a weekly basis, fight relegation every year and we're not allowed to voice discontent when the crowd finally snaps while being hammered at home by a team like Bournemouth Merson ruins Soccer Saturday like, he's an absolute wanker.
  18. Fwiw you can get odds on Ant & Dec being our next manager with Bwin (100/1) Probably says a lot about us, that does.
  19. "Hey Rafa... after managing a team to the Champions League and Real Madrid, do you fancy coming to be a coach at Newcastle and have all of the main footballing decisions made by a bloke who isn't even qualified to make a cup of tea?" Not a hope in hell do we have of getting Rafa or even someone like Rogers Even if (big massive fucking IF) SMC was sacked... It'll be some unknown who last managed a team 10 years ago, or an internal promotion until the end of the season.
  20. Looks like a man who knows his job is up, although this is Newcastle so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a new 8 year deal tomorrow.
  21. He is everything that Ashley wants... cheap, a yes man and someone to shoulder the blame.
  22. His headless chicken position no way excuses for not running for the ball, wimping out of challenges and not even attempting to pass or take on his man. He was pathetic today and he has been in far too many games this season. A world class player on his day, but in our position we cant wait around for our big players to have "good days" they need to get their heads out of their arses and perform every week.
  23. It says a lot about our football club that after 10 years this bloke is still making it into our starting 11.
