The fact that he has openly put out a statement saying the club is for sale, negotiations have been going on for weeks and the Sky "interview" was practically an advert saying "please come and take this club off of my hands", suggest that he does have intention of selling it. The risk of relegation coupled with the current squad that we have put the club miles away from his £380m valuation or whatever it is. He won't get a better deal for it than a bid in the range of £250m-£320m. Correct.

If that is the case then why wouldn’t PCP just agree a deal now to takeover at the end of the season, subject to us staying up? There are a hundred and one scenarios that could play out, we’ll hear something concrete soon though.

He’s not really that bad of a defender either, he’s put in some really good tackles since he’s been playing. Just seems to lose concentration, possibly due to being new to the Premier League. I’ve seen enough from him to think that he could be good (same as Murphy), but he needs time.

They are quite a good side to be fair. They are, but at home we should be hopeful of beating anyone outside the top 6 really as the quality outside of that is relatively evenly spread. I hope we get the Leicester that turned up for the second half at West Ham, as they were dreadful. Sadly, they’ll all be on top form and we’ll lose.
