Caulkin’s Twitter feed is interesting reading. She wasn’t there through an invite by the club, but he stops short of dismissing Rafa as the connection in all of his Tweets. From reading his Twitter and other sources, it does sound like Rafa is the link and attempting to drum up interest in getting rid of fat Mike. Sounds like she COULD broker a deal for someone to take over, but it is the earliest of early stages and could quite easily be nothing. Does sound like there is potential takeover/investment conversations happening though and it’s not all hot air like last time.

According to this thread alone it is just the goals against Tottenham (1 of), Liverpool, Brighton and Stoke that he was either at fault for or someone else would have saved. I mean, that’s only 4 of the 6 goals we have conceded all season. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was something about the other two goals in the relevant match thread too.

Pretty much every single person who's said we'd go down caveated it with 'if Rafa goes' or similar Really? To be fair, we’re doing well for a side that was relegated 2 games into the season.

Aarons' ability based on a handful of appearances is almost like Dummett being a decent CB based on a handful of appearances. If he was better than what we have, Rafa would have him in the side. The fact is he cant even get on the bench some weeks.

As good as they are going forward, they really aren't great at breaking defensive sides down. Burnley (h) - 1 goal Crystal Palace (h) - 1 goal Spartak Moscow (a) - 1 goal Burnley got a point, could have nicked all 3 and Palace could easily have stole a point. Their goals have all come against teams who are willing to attack them, they have really struggled to play against the sides who play like we will on Sunday.
