  1. If Murphy's our last signing, I'd say 13th-18th.
  2. Hope you're right. Another more probable guess is that he is realistic re the different stages of his project. He knows the game (on and off the pitch) inside out and is planning to do what he can to consolidate our position in the Premier League on a sound performance and financial footing. Next stage improve our standing. Next stage push in among the big hitters again. Hope he is given what he needs to do this because I firmly believe he is just the man for the job. The bloke's a blessing, like. Hope he's here until he retires!
  3. Lad wants to join, Norwich have lowered their asking price. Absolutely no confidence in Charnley getting this done.
  4. I'll literally paypal you a tenner if you start using paragraphs. Are you...Alan Barnes?
  5. Wonder when they'll eventually cave in to selling Dybala.
  6. From a NCFC journalist. Basically, no one's got a clue and the Chronicle are releasing nothing articles, which isn't a surprise.
  7. Came here to post basically this.

Other than the fact it's a different Semedo to the one we were interested in, the absolute mongs
  9. Feels like a very salient point in the window, the signing of this lad. And for CM, why aren't we going for Delph? Saw Stoke were in for him but nothing seems to have come of that.
  10. When they walloped Pardew 0-4 in the fantastic fun that was 2013/14.
  11. Thought he was going to Leicester? Iheanacho, I mean.
  12. Movement, and a player *wanting* to join us.
  13. Well he's here until the end of July at least Definitely up for that! Can't be many tickets though?? About as many for the beambacks from last season I guess?

The fact they manage to convince themselves he's shit is fucking comic, like. Don't know anyone can say "I'd take Simon Grayson over Rafael Benitez" and keep a straight face.
  16. You think the people in charge would do such an effective thing to make signings? Pfft.
  17. Trashed early on and Pardew swanning back in the day after Rafa leaves. That genuinely wouldn't surprise me.
  18. True. Found the Carragher column on Rafa. From late April. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-4456834/Rafa-Benitez-not-change-never-quit.html
  19. Except Hardy, the journalist, is exceptionally well connected to Rafa. He wrote a book about last season. It'll be Rafa feeding him this imo, if the club don't act now the game at home to Spurs should make Hull at home in 2008 look like Digi on a Saturday.
  20. Barely any time to embed them into the squad, which is what Rafa wanted.
  21. I knew there'd always be a fear with Rafa: he's a political manager and always has been, always had strained relationships with owners. I remember Carragher in his column back in April or May wrote about how this is a game he's always played and always will play to get what he wants, but this just seems and feels far worse.
