  1. Mannone s**** again. Pickford playing it'd still be 0-0 The difference a 50 million pound goalkeeper can make Delighted to see them losing. Would be marvellous to see them take our place next season. Can't see them coming back quickly either.
  2. After committing a rash challenge which he was booked for he picked up the ball, walked away with it, then shoved it into Gayle's stomach. Nor the referee or the linesman saw it, but the 4th official did. He could easily have been sent off for that alone as the force he did with could be classed as assault. You laugh but you'd be amazed at the things that are classed as assault. In this case though the point is that he clearly did it with intent to hurt Gayle. I referee football as a weekend hobby and yes I agree. Even just squirting a water bottle at somebody classifies as assault I found out around two years and a half ago. A player squirted water at me in a game and I reported the incident. I was expecting a few games suspension and some disciplinary action in form of a fine for being stupid enough to do something to a referee. He got a fine and a one year ban for what was classified as assault.
  3. What a load of s****. You thought we played well then? To each his own but I honestly thought it wasn't convincing. It doesn't matter though we've won. And on the away games the two we lost were down to shit refs. Forest game we all know then the Fulham game we deserved at least a draw and were denied two clear penalties.
  4. I thought it was every bit as bad as the Wednesday game only difference being we came up against a significantly, and a real significantly, worst team. Had we played Wednesday or similar quality team again tonight we'd be looking at another disastourous defeat. Thankfully we got away with another lacklustre performance and the win's all that matters. We can have high hopes for Monday now and hope it's not another shit show. We've been miles better away this season and if only this league had better refs we'd easily be unbeaten away from home.
  5. People say this, but it really doesn't, Pardew always has a decent start at the clubs he manages, it'd be next season if he we're to get the job that the s*** will come. I agree with this, good old Pards would keep them up and have the media eating out of his hand as normal, before his collapse took place next season. I personally belive it will be different this time and he'd easily take them down but we may never know. I hope for Swansea's sake they don't hire him either way. There are plenty of clubs I'd rather see get relegated before I see it happen Swansea so hopefully they appoint someone decent who can see to it that they get themselves ahead of shit like Sunderland, Hull, Boro, Burnley, etc.
  6. If Swansea hire Pardew that all but confirms their relegation. They deserve some kind of award and special recognition for being as stupid as they are if they go and hire another s*** c***. Hire Pardew and I shall enjoy watching them crash and burn as I was enjoying Palace's demise.
  7. We're lucky to still have a chance late in the game. If Wednesday were two up you couldn't say they wouldn't deserve it. Been miles better.
  8. I am fucking sick of these days were the players just decide to keep thier mental state a home and have an off day. This is the 4th home game it's happened this season ffs it's not good enough. Few more and we could find ourselves third in no time it's a disgrace Darlow's been the only one in this game for us.
  9. Only one difference I can see in that Hughton didn't deserve to be sacked we were doing well in our first season back with him. Pardew's sacking is the most warranted I have seen for a while.
  10. Hope his England embarrasment has a serious negative effect on his confidence and players' respect for him. If Fat Sam and Sunderland are relegated in the same season that would be so good please let it happen.
  11. So he's banned for calling him a Arabic/Moroccan prick? No doubt had Shelvey been called an English w***** or prick nothing would be said. Double standards again.
  12. Looking at the match highlights those fuckers on the radio really do exaggerate the fuck out of everything I thought their miss from 12 yards was an open goal but there was loads 'round him in the box.
  13. Hopefully it keeps us on our toes for the next game so we most definitely don't have another sleep day.
  14. They deserve it tbf Birmingham are shit. It was all Brighton for the those last 20 mins or so.
  15. That's Sunderland Brighton are just a really, really hard team to beat (in this league anyway). They're less prone to random off days where they f*** up like we've had 5 times this season but they're more prone to not being able o kill teams off and end up drawing some games they should have won as a result.
  16. It's class what they done for the kid. Fantasic to see him smile and have a great night. Fair play to them and Chelsea, too. Two clubs I would never have thought for one second of my life I'd be praising in some sort of way My general opinion of both clubs is a very poor one. But they deserve credit for accommodating the lad.
  17. Didn't think Lacelles was that bad. One moment stands out where their fat Dutch winger was in a great position but he covered and made an excellent block and won and goal kick n all in the process. Excellent defending. Aye, that was great defending. It's just a shame he spent the other 91 minutes passing the ball out of play and to Wigan players There was a run in the first half by a Wigan player where he lunged in and was lucky to narrowly miss the Wigan player or it'd have been a pen. He was rubbish, but most of the others were too. He just seemed to stand out more imo. I thought dummet was the worst, was found wanting a few times and contributed fuck all. We could argue about Lacelles but at least he had one clear excellent moment in the game. Dummett is our biggest weakness in my opinion.
  18. How the fuck does this guy stay in jobs? He must be the greatest talker of bullshit, the best at pulling wool over eyes, ever.

  20. Nice to see the terminally ill lad smiling today and enjoying himself before their game. Hopefully he keeps smiling right to the end and it's the best 2 months possible. Hopefully his team are relegated though at the end of the season it's long overdue in fairness.
  21. It's clear many teams are identifying Dummet as a weakness and rightly so. He's fucking shit and he's had a bad start here.
  22. So Mitro could easily score nearly 50 goals this season if he started every game and was our main striker? Got 9 in the Premier. Sort it out Rafa.
  23. How will he explain this one to investors the t***
  24. How long before they turn on Moyes again?
