  1. He never had a truely good manager at Villa and he has now. Unlocking his potential.
  2. Hmm Huddersfield always play their best against the good teams in the division and will draw confidence from their win at SJP earlier in the season. I am hoping for at least a draw but a defeat as dissapointing as it would be wouldn't be all that unexpected. It will take another excellent performance, even better than tonight's in my opinion, to win.
  3. We were good tonight. Silly pen aside we executed Rafa's gameplan perfectly, it was clear we were building up to that finale even with 20-25 mins to go, as we were just knocking it around tiring them out and not going hell for leather. Agree actually we did do very well tonight.
  4. Not one game in this run of form of ours have we been actually very good in. Even the Rotherham one we had a dodgy enough first half. But we're getting the job done regardless and that's all that matters
  5. Sung the 'we are Newcastle and we're going to win the league' chant back at them. Good enough.
  6. Think that's been said after every game for 2 years now There always a 0.00000000000000000000001% chance of a hope the manager will one day look at the forum and listen to us
  7. This guy goes off and just like Saturday we turned things around. He is such a liability on the pitch just never play him again please.
  8. Get some links up. http://i.imgur.com/JcL6KOU.png Haha pathetic. Actually embarrassing.
  9. Atrocious penalty decision but we all expected something like this would happen before the game. Absolute farce.
  10. Bobby Madley? Oh dear god no! Regardless of whether he supports Huddersfield or not we're fucked anyway with that clown in charge. Ffs.
  11. Good. Leicester to pull clear and increase the likelihood of the scum going down. Can see it being Palace, Hull or either Boro or Sunderland scum taking the fall this year. Sunderland deserve it the most.
  12. Our home games have been the ones we've been stinking in the most recently. Away performance wise we've actually put in some decent performances. We seem to struggle more at home because our tactics and style of play is more suited to being on hostile territory. I think we've every chance of picking up a point here and let's be honest that would not be a bad result at all.
  13. This puts massive pressure onus for the three tough games. Now we cannot afford any slip ups Huddersfield could easily be ahead of us this day next week after that game.
  14. Yeah been lucky over 2 or 3 games fair enough but for 38 matches in a row? Nah.
  15. Didn't even notice the 7 added to the thread title
  16. It's understandable in a way because they looked serious contenders for relegation for a while now and survival in the EPL is massive for any club. I couldn't see them winning too many more games this season. It was very possible they were heading down. I just hope they have a very good replacement lineed up who'll guide them to safety or sacking somebody who has to have legendary status in the club after last season becomes a joke.
  17. Every single time. How many times is someone gonna ask him a question which raises the same 'one game at a time' comments? Ridiculous. Raneiri done the same last season. It's cliche but it's true focus on your next game that all that matters at any give time.
  18. Pardew at Rangers They'll die a second death, this one will be way worse .
  19. Come on you cant blame Lascelles for that incident. He did the right thing when he blocked the striker so that Darlow would have a easy job to clear the ball. Noone would expect the keeper to miss there and the whole blame is on Darlow for that goal.. Lascelles lost the aerial duel with Jerome in the first place and nobody bothered to get behind and cover the keepers back. Lacelles did lose the duel but you're not going to win them all especially with a strong striker on your back and no one went behind to cover because they all expected him to do what any professional keeper would do and clear your god damn lines. It was a total schoolboy error from Darlow something you could forgive a under 11s player for doing but not a full grown, paid professional footballer. It was a howler.
  20. Forest were decent enough that season and still hunting us down at this point. It was in the coming weeks that we open a serious gap on them and that's what we have to do again now this season. Starting with Villa, Bristol and then the 3 away games it's time to have the chasing pack eat our dust.
  21. The league table does give a bit of a spook knowing we've Huddersfield and Reading hot on our tails but I recon we'll still do it. 7 wins and 3 draws, or just simply 8 wins from 15 games and 89 points alog with our superior goal difference will see us over the line I have no doubt. That's the minimum of course. Really we should be winning 10 from 15 or better.
