Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on your point of view, they can’t quite be that reckless due to PSR, but I’d still see them doing something like selling Gibbs-White for £60/70m, then spending the £200m or so that it theoretically allows, and worrying later about how they’ll get the required increase in revenue in future seasons.

If Forest make CL, wouldn’t be surprised to see them spend really big, as you’d suspect the fat cry baby in charge will gamble the house on them being able to get in again next season.

Just be mindful it might not actually end up being a standing section. As has been discussed on here before, it’s a bit of a grey area, as there doesn’t seem to be anything definitive from the club as whether it’s classed as a standing area when resold to home fans. So if someone wants to sit / can’t stand, it can often cause a bit of conflict.

They’ve had a queer set of fixtures this season. At the start of the season they had a run of easy home games and tough away games, so they were getting all their points at home. Now that’s been flipped and they’re getting all their points away. They haven’t won a game at home since they beat us on 7th December.

If time wasting yellow cards didn’t count towards a ban there’d be about 8 yellow cards in the last 10 mins of every game where a team was one goal up.

The injury DCL has now is his first proper injury for two years. Delap would give us incredible depth like. But as I’ve said before, he’s arguably be the main CF at every PL club bar us and Man City.

I wondered that. Apparently you get whatever is HIGHEST between your club coefficient and 20% of your country coefficient. So because our club coefficient is lower than 22.2, we get that. Forest obviously get the same because their club coefficient is zero.

Obviously means absolutely nothing at present, but it’s still kinda interesting to see how things would stand if the season finished now.
