I wouldn’t call it an “unforgiveable mistake” but i certainly think he deserves the battering he’s been getting as his comments were disrespectful and very selfish. I’m sure if he refrains from talking similar bollocks in the future and performs to a good standard on the pitch then all will be forgotten.

what? so he plays a video game at home for a couple of hours means he has no idea what's going on? He literally was at the meal where the protestors were. He also said HIMSELF Ashley should be giving Rafa money prior to this. He's not a teenager who's just broken in to the squad. He's a 24 year old now in his third season as captain, who has happily ripped his teammates to shreds previously, spoken out against the owner's running of the club and lead players in to battle against said owner for their bonuses. And now we're supposed to believe he's just a naive upstart who has no idea what our fans think? I won't ever be able to see it like that. ? Can’t believe people are making excuses for him and trying to “see his point of view”. The cunt knew exactly what he was doing.

Really can’t stop thinking about his “fans’ negativity” comments, i’m absolutely fucking raging! The only negativity has been been caused by his master robbing the club out of millions and refusing to back the manager in the transfer market

I enjoyed the bit where it said he went “bright red”. Nothing worse than being embarrassed in front of your friends/family/collegues ? -

Fantastic! This is the sort of thing that will definitely make him sell IMO. When you can’t go about your everyday life without someone giving you grief then surely it’s time for a re-think? -
Well, i’ve just hoyed Lascelles into the Cunt Bucket. Fucking sellout!
-
I would imagine it’s an almost identical contract with an increased relegation clause fee. Lascelles probably gets another 20k a week for signing it in the meantime.

Good on you Rod! It was a killer for me when i cancelled my ST a few years ago, but i’ve never regretted it if i’m honest. It sounds like you and your missus have reached a similar point to where i was at back then. It’s sickening what Ashley has done to some of our loyalist fans.

Judging by his age and goals ratio, it appears that there may be other clubs interested and his club might want actual money for him? I’m gona call bullshit on this one i think.
-
This kind of shite pisses me right off. Self important wankers trying to hi-jack something that can benefit the long term future of the club just so they can say, “We did that!” The same thing happened when the walk-out was planned for the 69th minute (i think) and then someone started trying to push a walk-out at a different minute. It turned it into a bit of a farce really.

Abso-fucking-lutely! -
This is exactly how i see it.

Or just this. He’s awful.

Fat little 5 year old Mike will still be crying himself to sleep cos those Newcastle fans were nasty to him at the pizza place so you can guarantee some sort of petty, spiteful reaction. Probably confiscate the flag because they’ve used the club badge without permission or some shit like that.

Solanke!!! Absolutely appalling player. People would be calling for Joselu to get a run in the side after enduring a few games of Solanke.

I was thinking that. Personally i couldn’t give a fuck if they took the club forward. As someone already pointed out, most owners are vile so we might aswell have a vile one that wants to win some trophies. Yes they all are bombing kids in Yemen. It’s not being picky ffs. No, but you’d be naive to not think that almost everyone with that kind of money doesn’t benefit from innocent people’s deaths somewhere along the line. I was thinking that. Is it that much better if they (probably knowingly) indirectly make millions from things like slave labour, human trafficking, the drug trade, deliberately neglectful unsafe working conditions, child sex trade etc? I’m not sure it is. The likes of the Saudis wouldn’t be anywhere near my first choice, but people saying they’d go and support another club n that? Howay man I wish them luck in finding a club as good as ours who’s billionaire owner made his fortune from recycling and saving dying puppies in North Korea. Ignoring your ridiculous last sentence, you’re fine lumping all billionaires in with the likes of the Saudis? There’s a spectrum of tolerable ethics like. I won’t support other clubs, but fuck me it’ll have me questioning my love for the game. Eroded as it is. Read my first reply to you, i’m not lumping everyone in with the Saudis. Just pointing out that these kind of people are ruthless in different ways but they all have the same goal - more money. Big difference between not paying tax, for example, and murder though. That's the distinction, not whether they do or don't want to make more money. There’s a big difference because you deliberately picked one of the least offensive/morally wrong examples though. Some of the other examples i mentioned are almost or just as bad. Such as? The list of sins against Ashley are absolutely nothing in comparison to the Saudis man, howeh. Not sure if you’re confusing me with another poster but you seem to think i’m comparing Ashley to the Saudis? I’ve never done that if you read my posts, i haven’t even mentioned Ashley’s name. My original comments were saying that a lot of billionaires benefit from innocent people’s deaths, the Saudi’s wouldn’t be the first Premier League owners to fall into that category. -
