I agree. Noticed this last night. There were times when I just wanted us to do a bit more sideways passing to make the Chelsea players run a bit more but we seemed to be going very direct every time and it was taking a toll on energy levels. We need to be wearing teams down a bit more and let them do the running.

    Kieran Trippier

Trippier was being rested, then the dirty scum that is Chelsea injured Krafth. Eddie's left with a dilemma then. Move Tino to RB and bring on Hall or Dummett or go with Tripps. He's went with what on paper should have been the better choice. Obviously it hasn't worked but there's definitely rationale behind the decision. We've been so fucking unlucky this season like. Chelsea should have at least been down to 10 men after 2 minutes, possibly 9 with the challenge on Krafth.

Got a good tackle on him as well as silky feet. Thought he done really well. Says something when one of our best players was a 17 year old kid.

Yeah think there might be something going on behind the scenes. Hope he can sort it out because I love the lad.
  5. As usual. Bang on the money.

Yeah. He just randomly stopped play when we were in possession to check for them.

Honestly speechless at that being a pen. How the fuck was that even remotely a handball ?
  8. 100% agree. Disappointed but definitely nothing to be too angry at. Arsenal was a slog of a game, we have 8 players injured and Dortmund are no mugs. Add that together and it's no surprise really. Let's just enjoy the CL ride as long as we can
  9. Think Arsenal fans are forgetting the way their players behaved in 2003 after the Van Nistelrooy penalty miss. A few shoves from Bruno was nothing compared to the way their players behaved that day.

    Tino Livramento

Strong as an ox. Deceptively so.

    Fabian Schär

He just never puts a foot wrong nowadays. He's become elite.
  12. Sees the red mist in the heat of battle. Some players are like that. He needs to work on that like because it's nothing but a weakness in his game.

    Joe Willock

It did seem to be almost sped up in real time. It was like it had a disproportionate amount of power than my brain was expecting
  14. Chelsea are nowt to fear like but could be a potential banana skin.

    Lewis Hall

Picks out sweet passes fairly often but work to be done defensively at times. All really good signs though. He's a a real talent who just need's more experience in decision making. He's gonna be class.
  16. I can't understand why Burn is undroppable to be honest. I love Eddie but sometimes his reluctance to change anything until at least 70 mins does grate on me.
  17. Tend to agree. I'm not writing him off by any means but at times he's looked absolutely hopeless. Positionally poor, tackling not great and seems like he wants absolutely no time on the ball. Gets rid of it as soon as he touches it. Hoping its a confidence issue and he comes good but he's just not at the level required.
  18. Na it looks tiny. I don't know if it's the shite camera angle mind.
  19. Good half. He loves to complain about his blatant fouls
  20. I thought he was unlucky with that. Barely touched him.
  21. Thought he was excellent today and what a goal.
  22. It's a weird one with tonali. It's almost like he's reacting a second too late to what's happening on the pitch then over reaching to rectify it and making his touch look terrible He also seems to be trying to press and then leaving massive gaps in the midfield as he does so. As bad a 45 mins as you can get like
  23. Fantastic again. Getting Almiron levels of fitness now. Can't wait until he refines some of his game to the next level. He's a baller.
  24. We're extremely knee jerk as a fan base like He was fantastic against Villa so we know he has it in him. He definitely seems like the type that needs to settle in so hopefully he can and we see what's he's all about.
