I agree. Noticed this last night. There were times when I just wanted us to do a bit more sideways passing to make the Chelsea players run a bit more but we seemed to be going very direct every time and it was taking a toll on energy levels. We need to be wearing teams down a bit more and let them do the running.

Trippier was being rested, then the dirty scum that is Chelsea injured Krafth. Eddie's left with a dilemma then. Move Tino to RB and bring on Hall or Dummett or go with Tripps. Tend to agree. I'm not writing him off by any means but at times he's looked absolutely hopeless. Positionally poor, tackling not great and seems like he wants absolutely no time on the ball. Gets rid of it as soon as he touches it. Hoping its a confidence issue and he comes good but he's just not at the level required.

It's a weird one with tonali. It's almost like he's reacting a second too late to what's happening on the pitch then over reaching to rectify it and making his touch look terrible He also seems to be trying to press and then leaving massive gaps in the midfield as he does so. As bad a 45 mins as you can get like

We're extremely knee jerk as a fan base like He was fantastic against Villa so we know he has it in him. He definitely seems like the type that needs to settle in so hopefully he can and we see what's he's all about.
