Rubbish. We totally controlled that game and although a couple of goals came from errors, we were more than deserving of the 5-1 scoreline. I even thought their penalty was a bit dodgy.

With all the money "sloshing" about in football and all the modern technology, I have never seen such amateurish officiating in English football. These referees are professionals and trained so expertly that they know the rule book off by heart. How then do you explain a) whoever was in charge of VAR bringing a possible foul by Willock to the refs attention, and b) how does the idiot with the whistle not know what actually happened after viewing it on tv? I know I harp on about rugby refereeing but honestly a rugby ref would have looked at every angle and all the time talking about his decision. Football refs are shite!

Do the same as in rugby and "stop the clock". Everyone then knows how much time is left. In football it is basically the referee adding the time on with a lot of the time no justification. I mean, the whole world saw 90 + 5 on their TV screens. How can the opposition score a goal in 90 + 8? I can't get my head around what happened tonight. In shock.

He was average to poor last season. Pope is far superior.
