Every observations on here are more or less spot on. That is both for and against the footballer that is Chris Wood. I sometimes think "well that was shite" but then I'm thinking "thank god he is there to be a nuisance". We are all individuals, "yes we are all individuals".

Absolutely bang on. Shelvey seems to attract a load of abuse on here for whatever reason but has been good since the Howe appointment. He can do a job although still suspect with his fitness/stamina. I think the Shelvey haters are the same Joelinton worshippers in my opinion.

You shouldn't even give the price a second glance. As soon as Wilson was injured we were in dire straits (due to the incompetence of the past management) so we were absolutely desperate for a main striker. We now have one and our game plan can come to fruition. A Premier league team with one striker/attacker is shocking. Having said that Chris Wood hasn't started great but it's only two games ffs.

This game could go either way and will be close. Some on here talking up Leeds as if they are Barcelona is nonsense. They will point to the last two games that Leeds played and I admit they are good to watch. However if we get at them and take the game to them at the same time as nullifying their pacy breaks then we can most certainly get a result. Oh by the way ...... their two games prior to their wins were absolute hammerings 5-1 and 7-0.

The score suggested we were battered but quite frankly there was not much between the two teams. As daft as that sounds.

I realise the points aren't coming at the moment but we are playing much better and appear to have a game plan. Although our league position says otherwise, no team has steam rollered the Toon. This game will be very close.

Unbelievably so correct. We actually hammered them and Callum Wilson would have had a hat trick today. However they are a third division team and we have too many abysmal players.
