Honestly, I’m not that impressed with Liverpool. Like they’re a very decent side but nowhere near the peak City we’ve experienced over the last few years.
-
Need 7 from the next 9 minimum to keep in touch with European spots.
-
I swear down he’s awful across the board. The fact he had Man U finishing 4th is genuinely embarrassing.
-
I don’t like that Alex Hurst but on occasion he makes decent points as much as it pains me to admit. She on the other hand is consistently abysmal.
-
Think they give him Southampton and if they don’t win he’s gone.
-
Do we freshen it up? Gordon out on his legs.
-
Fuming about that yellow. How fucking stupid do you want to be.

It’s a question of quality for me. I’m sure Tindall is good at certain things but is he really best in class? Or anywhere near it? Howe clearly has a small circle he trusts and if you want to be top tier you need to hire top tier individuals and it feels like Howe would be somewhat resistant to that.

It just feels very reflective modern society. “Content creators” holding up Vinicius Jnr’s shirt on the red carpet, random players whinging on social media about the result and Real players not attending as their team mate didn’t win. Pretty pathetic all round tbh.
-
Last throw of the dice. Get him on Gordon’s training regime.
-
Sky have whacked on In-depth highlights of the 3-2 Sissoko game. Funny watching it back post VAR. Chelsea 100% get a pen for Ba getting booted in the face and Cisse definitely gets a red for grabbing Cole around the neck.

I just remember lots of talk of. The one’s who got us 4th deserve the opportunity to play CL and to try again. Didn’t like that attitude at the time and I still don’t tbh.

The timing is interesting mind. Are we being used as a distraction regards to APT stuff etc or is it just coincidental?
-
That is madness. So they brought in suspect rules to stop us pushing on. Which led to City taking the prem to court and that’s somehow that’s our fault? It would be enraging if it wasn’t so farcical.

I was sat in between 2 couples in the Leazes and honestly not one word of encouragement, no reaction to chances, tackles, poor decisions etc. I mean I’m more vocal watching the game in the house. I’m probably on the other end of spectrum and abit too loud sometimes and each their own etc but I genuinely don’t understand why you’re there if you’re going to be sat there with a face like thunder and can’t even be arsed to try and encourage the lads. Makes absolutely zero sense to me.

Our refs are poor across most games. Obviously the big errors get the headlines but the overall general performances are woeful for what is a billion pound product.
-
I couldn’t believe how knackered he looked after 5 minutes. No energy. He looked like he was running through treacle any time he tried to carry the ball.
-
Hopefully his increase in lean body mass improves his speed, quickness, and agility to be more precise.
-
Hopefully him bulking up helps with his previous lack of pace.
-
I like the idea of giving him a run at the World Cup and then going from there. Too early for someone like McKenna. Potter has done himself no favours by sitting out so long post Chelsea. Needs to build his rep back. Glad Howe is staying. He can now focus on wining some silverware.

Tabloid headline writers will have field day. The Sun will have “Don't mention the VAR” ready to go.
-
Think he would definitely have had more success if he was playing in the modern game.

Aye. I only managed Burnley last season plus 2 aways. This season I’m 0/5 but got tickets for Southampton and Brighton through mates. Just feels a little bit like a hiding to nothing.

Likewise. My grandad managed 7/8 years after diagnosis. Awful illness. Hopefully he can get it into remission.
