  1. Small test sample, granted, but some of the people moaning about crests are the same people moaning about strip designs are the same people buying from DHgate are the same people buying XXXL Lads you look like a rugby ball stuffed in an empty crisp packet whatever you wear. Vogue
  2. You sort ya Grandad out. I'll take the gig

  6. 1min 45 seconds in? The bloke on the left? If Steve Bruce and Sean Dyche had a kid, him. Is his left arm having an epileptic fit??
  7. As far as Europa goes, I've stated already that I didn't think 3rd placed "losers" in the CL group stages should've parachuted into the EL. Ergo that means teams from the top performing leagues (Eng, Spain, Germany, Italy and, at a push France) that finish outside of their CL qualification will always be favourites for EL glory. However, when that means 5th 6th (?) placed because CL qualifications take the very best 4 then you have to take a long hard look at the depth of those leagues. There were still some decent teams in the EL at the start. You also have to consider these teams ability to play in both domestic and Europe competitions effectively. Look how we struggled. I think the Spurs v Man U thing is an anomaly. Need to see how it goes. I think the bigger issue, for UEFA, is Chelsea pissing the Conference with their 2nd team. Desperately bad look.
  8. Brilliant 😂😂😂
  9. I'm no expert but, iirc, I did see it explained a bit differently to that. £30m for Anderson was "pure profit" = all went on the books £20m for Vlad was all debt BUT amoratised over the leghth of his contract so not 30-20
  10. All the "little" clubs in League 1 did look forward to watching their team play at the Stadium of Light, very much so. I mean who wouldn't? Train upto Newcastle or fly upto Newcastle. Stay in one of the many city centre hotels in Newcastle. Metro down to trampsville for the match. Nice easy draw Metro back to Newcastle to celebrate the away point in a vibrant, friendly city. What's not to like!?
  11. Aye, tried my very best to like him but, fuck it, he's an absolute arsehole.
  12. I know, I'd have been livid if it was us. Woke madness, I think they call it 😂😂
  13. "Selling players is like making love to a beautiful woman..." Swiss Paul
  14. Some of the board telling their wives to take the Christmas present back to the club shop cos the stripes aren't pure
  15. Getting mixed up with 12am and 12pm reminded me of our trip to Oz in 2016 😂 Had to get up to watch our 8pm (UK) ko against Leicester at a casino (Star) near Darling Harbour. I think it was 5am, deffo 5am 😂😂 Place was empty apart from a few Chinese and I'm not sure having a couple of ales was good prep for the subsequent sightseeing. Long day, for sure. Ps we got beat 1 zip
  16. 12am ko is absolutely wank if you like/need a beer whilst watching it. I'm married to an Alcohol Specialist Nurse who's at graft on Sunday. Be great her walking into the living room at 5pm only to be confronted by her paralytic husband lying in a coma, in a pool of his own piss, covered in crisps
  17. Bruno was naughty, that's just plain disgusting
  18. You've contradicted yourself there kidda. 😂 I know it's a tense time but I'm sorry to say Eddie's career in football and his achievements so far would have me put my faith in his opinion rather than an amateur who's watched a bloke for, what, 150mins?
